Results:(1) The XLGBC can obviously increase the estradiol of serum in the castrational animal;(2) The XLGBC can obviously increase the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient in the Yangxu animal;(3) The XLGBC can obviously increase the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient in the Yinxu animal.

结果 （1）对去势动物模型，仙灵骨葆胶囊明显提高血清雌二醇水平；（2）对阳虚动物模型，仙灵骨葆胶囊明显提高阳虚小鼠精囊腺和卵巢的系数；（3）对阴虚动物模型，仙灵骨葆胶囊明显提高阴虚小鼠精囊腺和卵巢的系数。

Methods:(1) The two-sided ovary of female animal and the two-sided testicle of male animal were excised. After the XLGBC to treat 28 days, the estradiol and the teststerone of serum were checked;(2) With intramuscular injection the Hydrocortisone,the Yangxu animals was made. After the XLGBC to treat 10 days, the testicle coefficient,the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient were observed;(3) With ig the Thyroid tablets and the Reserpine, the Yinxu animal was made. After the XLGBC to treat 10 days, the testicle coefficient,the spermathecal gland coefficient and the ovary coefficient were observed.

（1）雌性动物摘除双侧卵巢，雄性动物摘除双侧睾丸，复制成去势动物模型后予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗28天，检测血清雌二醇和血清睾酮；（2）肌注氢化可的松，复制成阳虚动物模型后予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗10天，观测并计算动物的睾丸系数、精囊腺系数和卵巢系数；（3）灌胃甲状腺片和利血平，复制成阴虚动物模型后予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗10天，观测并计算动物的睾丸系数、精囊腺系数和卵巢系数。

Six cases were malignant, including 2 malignant neuroendocrinoma in sphenoidal sinus, 1 adenoidocystic carcinoma, 1 sphenoidal sinus low differentiated carcinoma, 1 nasopharyngeal carcinoma extending into sella, 1 lung cancer metastasis to sphenoidal sinus.

恶性肿瘤6例，分别为蝶窦神经内分泌肿瘤2例，腺样囊腺癌1例，蝶窦低分化癌1例，鼻咽癌侵犯鞍区及肺癌蝶窦转移各1例。

用免疫组化法检测 10例正常宫颈上皮、15例宫颈上皮不典型增生、16例宫颈原位鳞癌、1例宫颈原位腺癌、2 7例宫颈浸润鳞癌、15例宫颈浸润腺癌中CD44v6蛋白的表达，实验结果以图像处理与分析系统进行半定量处理后进行统计分析。

Results:In this group there were 5 mucinous cystadenoma; 4 serous cystadenoma; 4 teratoma; 2 lager ovarian cyst; 4 subserous leiomyoma of uterine. The massive cystic-solid tumor with irregular cystic wall was seen in mucinous cystadenoma and serous cystadenoma; Teratoma appeared non homogenous density with fat density mass; Subserous leiomyoma of uterine showed large cystic tumor with clear edge, and the size of uterine was normal.

结果：5例卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤，4例黏液性囊腺瘤，CT表现为腹盆腔内巨大囊性或囊实性肿瘤，囊壁厚薄不均；4例卵巢畸胎瘤，CT表现为盆腔巨大肿瘤内部密度不均，可见脂肪密度影；卵巢巨大囊肿2例，CT表现为腹、盆内巨大单囊状肿物；4例浆膜下子宫肌瘤，CT表现为盆腔内巨大囊性肿物，边界清晰，子宫大小正常；1例阔韧带平滑肌瘤，CT表现为密度不均匀的实性肿物，增强扫描强化不均。
