结果 ：附睾慢性炎症 15例、结核 13例、囊肿 15例、精子性肉芽肿 14例、梭形细胞型横纹肌肉瘤、腺样瘤及乳头状囊腺瘤各 1例，手术效果良好。结论：附睾的恶性肿瘤少见。附睾肿块的诊断以临床表现、体检和病理检查为主，手术仍是有效的治疗方法。

The changes of muscle protein content and pH values were observed. Results Thymus and spleen coefficients in high and low dosage group were 9.1±2.3, 6.3±1.1, respectively, and those of in the controll were 6.5±1.6, 3.4±0.5.The contents of muscle protein (g/100 g) in high, medium, and low dose groups were 24.68±0.55, 22.48±0.54, 21.22±1.25, respectively, lower than that of the control (31.83±2.36, P.05). Paramorphia of lymphocyte in high dose ciprofloxacin treated group was observed.

结果 对照组胸腺和脾脏系数分别为(9.1±2.3)，(6.3±1.1)mg/g，高剂量组胸腺和脾脏系数分别为(6.5±1.6)，(3.4±0.5)mg/g，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P.05或P.01）；而中、低剂量组的脾脏指数与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P.05)；环丙沙星各剂量组与对照组比较，肌肉pH值变化不明显；环丙沙星高、中、低剂量肌肉蛋白质含量分别为(24.68±0.55)，(22.48±0.54)，(21.22±1.25)g/100 g，与对照组(31.83±2.36)g/100 g比较明显下降(P.05)；与对照组比较，高剂量组脾淋巴细胞形态异常。

Unilateral thyroidectomy and/or plus isthmusectomy was performed in7patients,subtotal thyroidectomy in3patients,total thyroidectomy in1patients,subtotal thyroidectomy plus pre-and paratracheal and the lateral lymph node dissection in26patients in WDTC,metastasis of cervical lymph nodes were found in15（40.5%）patients.

结果青钱柳叶表皮有许多小乳突，腺毛，盾状鳞片和非腺毛表皮毛；气孔器不规则型，仅分布于下表面；靠近表皮的叶肉组织中有规律地分布含簇晶的细胞；主脉中维管组织环状，封闭，具有一个副维管束；二级脉在叶缘内分支，相互连接形成脉环，三级脉及顶型，脉间区内充满分支的自由结束的小细脉。

In conclusion, ISD lying in adipose tissue unaccompanied by other elements, present in 47.6% of pancreatic resections when peripancreatic soft tissues away from the tumor are sampled, is a very specific finding for carcinoma that may be instrumental in the diagnosis and staging of carcinoma as well as margin evaluation.

Results Both the area density of stroma and the ratios of stroma to epithelium were the highest in the periurethral zone and the lowest in the supcapsular zone. While the area density of epithelium and glandular lumen in the periurethral zone was significantly lower than those of peripheral zones.The ratios of glandular lumen to epithelium among three zones were not statistically different.

MethodsThe transplanted tumor model of the mouse S180 sarcoma was established.Fifty mice were randomly divided into five groups,the control group,the CTX group,the Gecko group.They were treated respectively with oral administration of saline,and intraperitoneal injection of CTX 100 mg/kg only one time,oral administration of Gecko in doses of 13.5,9,4.5 g/kg,one time a day.After 14 days,the anti-tumor activity was evaluated by tumor tissue weighing. 方法建立移植瘤小鼠S180肉瘤模型，将50只雌鼠随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺组、壁虎高组、中组、低组共5组，分别给于生理盐水灌胃1次/d，CTX（100 mg/kg）腹腔注射1次，壁虎高、中、低组（13.5，9，4.5 g/kg），每天灌胃1次。14 d后，称取荷瘤小鼠瘤重、胸腺重、脾脏重，计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数，观察腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡血红细胞实验指标；用SABC免疫组化法检测血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的蛋白表达，TUNEL方法检测细胞凋亡率。
