One hundred and twenty-one cases comprised of absecesses, secondary peritonitis, necrotizing fascitis and wounds with devitalized were studied.

应用标准的微生物方法检测了脓肿、继发性腹膜炎、坏死性筋膜炎和坏死性组织创口4类外科脓液标本的微生物分布，并同时进行需氧菌和厌氧菌的检测。

On the basis of this study and on previous reports, although no features alone or in combination are pathognomonic for TB, septated ascites, particularly the type accompanied by dilatation, and constriction of fallopian tubes that are filled with material having low echogenicity, a thickened peritoneum, and a thickened or nodular omentum are highly suggestive of tuberculous peritonitis with female genital tract TB.

Another finding here is the irregular pale tan plaques of collagen over the purple capsule known as "sugar icing" or "hyaline perisplenitis " which follows the splenomegaly and/or multiple episodes of peritonitis that are a common accompaniment to cirrhosis of the liver.

此外还可以在肝脏的紫红色的背景下看到一些形状不规则的灰棕色的区域，被称为&糖衣&或&玻璃性脾周炎&，肝硬化的患者普遍都伴随着脾大和较严重的腹膜炎。

By comparing the body weight, immune organs index and response of lymphocytes to ConA, to analyze the effect of QKL on immunological system of normal mouse. Delayed type hypersensitivity mouse model was established by stimulation with dinitrofluorobenzene. By comparing spleen index and swelling rate of pathogenetic ear, to illuminate the immunoregulation of QKL in vivo. Polymicrobial sepsis mouse model was induced by cecal ligation and puncture. The cumulative survival rate was observed in QKL and NS groups. Results: QKL had no influence on body weight and spleen index of normal mouse, but it could significantly decrease thymus index and inhibit the immune response of lymphocytes to ConA.

连续皮下注射QKL 5 d，通过检测小鼠体重、免疫器官指数和淋巴细胞对ConA刺激的反应，分析QKL对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响；采用二硝基氟苯诱发小鼠耳朵肿胀，发生接触性皮炎，建立DTH模型，通过比较QKL与NS对照对小鼠脾脏指数和发病耳肿胀抑制率评价QKL体内对小鼠的免疫调节功能；采用盲肠结扎穿孔术后引起的多细菌性腹膜炎，建立小鼠脓毒症模型，通过观察QKL对小鼠存活状况的影响，评价QKL的免疫调节作用。

Results: 21 cases of pancreatitis(25%),25 cases of cholecystitis(29.7%),14 cases of pyoperitonitis(16.6%),5 cases of digestive ulcer(6%),11 cases of acute appendicitis(13.7%),8 cases of bowel obstruction(9%), amylase level of 2-12 h, 24-48 h of pancreatitis group was (465.1±211.4),(509.1±89.9) u/l respectively; that of non-pancreatitis group was (381.9±67.7),(293.4±64.7) u/l respectively.

结果：胰腺炎21例(25%)，2～12 h、12～24 h血淀粉酶分别为(465.1±211.4)、(509.1±89.9)u/l。非胰源性疾病：胆囊炎25例(29.7%)、急性腹膜炎14例(16.6%)、急性阑尾炎11例(13.7%)、肠梗阻8例(9%)、溃疡病5例(6%)，非胰源性疾病2～12 h、12～24 h血淀粉酶分别(381.9±67.7)、(293.4±64.7)u/l。

The finding of peritoneal and omental thickening, especially when accompanied by ascites with fine, mobile septations, strongly suggests tuberculous peritonitis, as shown by Demirkazik et al, who used a combination of computed tomographic and sonographic examinations.

Demirkazik等人联合运用CT和超声检查发现如果发现腹膜和网膜增厚，尤其是合并腹水内纤细可活动的分隔时强烈提示结核性腹膜炎。
