Results: All the 14 cases showed hypoechoic masses at the right of pancreas head or inferior to pancreas head. Thirteen cases were diagnosed as duodenal tumor by ultrasonography, another one was diagnosed as enlarged lymphnode. Of all the 14 cases, 13 cases were duodenal tumor demonstrated by the surgical and histological examination, one case was diagnosed as duodenitis by duodenoscopy.

结果：超声检查14例均表现为胰头附近的低回声肿块，13例超声诊断为十二指肠肿瘤，1例诊断为腹膜后肿大淋巴结。14例中，13例经手术病理证实为十二指肠肿瘤，1例经十二指肠镜诊断为十二指肠炎。

Its etiopathogenisis may be the operation wound, the inflammation, fluidify, hematocele or the foreign object in abdominal cavity result in edema calidum in the bowel, and the effusion in ectoptygma surface increased. These lead to a series of immune response and cause to the adherence in peritoneum. 可能的发病原因是手术创伤、腹腔内炎症、积液积血或异物刺激导致术后小肠出现炎性水肿，浆膜表面渗出增加，产生一系列免疫反应，造成腹膜间粘连而成，采用禁食、胃肠减压、抗炎、营养支持、中药灌肠或手术等疗法，效果良好。

Additionally, tuberculous peritonitis should be considered in cases of tubo-oarian abscesses for which medical treatment fails or in cases of oarian cancer with some unusual sonographic findings such as ascites with mobile septations or a latticelike pattern, a parallel iolin string appearance, or particulate ascites.

另外，对于那些经内科治疗无效的输卵管-卵巢脓肿的病人或者卵巢癌合并一些不常见的超声表现比如腹水中出现可活动的分隔或网格状、平行排列的琴弦佂或腹水中出现光点的病人应该考虑结核性腹膜炎。
