Abdominal CDE exami nation was carried out in 67 women with infertility confirmed under laparoscopy on days 20 to 23 of the menstruation.

利用彩色多普勒能量图测定子宫的血流，即血流的脉冲指数（pulsative index，PI）及阻力指数（resistant index，RI）来探索不同原因的女性不孕症。67例不孕症妇女经腹腔镜诊断确诊不孕原因后，于月经周期第20～23 d 作腹部B超彩色多普勒能量图检查。

Results:parenchymatous clump diagnosed by b ultrasonic were considered as old ectopic pregnancy 24cases, ovary subserous myoma 2 cases, pelvic abscess 4 cases.

选择临床疑诊为陈旧性宫外孕，后经手术或腹腔镜证实的30例病例，对其超声检查资料进行回顾性分性。

Methods The clinical data of 12 patients from Mar 1993 to Jun 2008 with retrocaval ureter were retrospectively analyzed. All the 12 cases were correctly diagnosed preoperatively via the combination of imaging examinations, such as ultrasonography intravenous pyelography、retrograde pyelography、CT or magnetic resonance urography. Ten patients received conventional open surgery and two received retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureteral replacement and ureteroplasty.

总结分析1993年3月至2008年6月12例腔静脉后输尿管患者的临床资料。12例患者术前均经B超、静脉肾盂造影(intravenous pyelography， IVP)、逆行肾盂造影(retrograde pyelography， RP)、CT、磁共振尿路水成像(magnetic resonance urography， MRU)等影像学检查明确诊断，其中10例采用传统的开放手术，2例采用后腹腔镜下输尿管复位矫正术。

Results: 3 cases of gall duct injury, 2 cases of remained cystic duct fistulas, 2 cases of convertion into open surgery due to tear of posterior branch of cystic artery Conclusion: Strict preoperative examination and operation protocol can greatly reduce the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

结果：胆管损伤3例，胆囊管残端瘘2例，胆囊动脉后支撕脱出血中转开腹止血术2例。结论：严格的术前检查和规范的手术程序可大大减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的并发症。

RESULTS: The diagnosis rates of ultrasonography and spiral or thin-cut computed tomography were 70.0%(7/10) and 84.6%(11/13). Ten patients received adrenalectomy with negative resection margins, 4 of them received laparoscopic adrenalectomy.

结果：本组患者经B超和CT检查，对肾上腺肿物的诊断率分别为70.0%(7/10)与84.6%(11/3)。10例行肾上腺转移癌手术切除，其中4例患者于术后1个月至5年间行腹腔镜肾上腺转移癌切除，切缘均无癌细胞。
