Methods:60 cases with low rectal and anus carcinoma who underwent laparoscopic Miles operation were divided into two groups.The experimental group (30 cases) received extraperitoneal sigmoidostomy while the control group (30 cases) received traditional intraperitoneal procedure.Postoperative complications caused by sigmoidostomy and defecation function in these two groups were compared.

将接受腹腔镜Miles术的60例低位直肠癌、肛管癌患者分为两组，实验组30例行腹膜外乙状结肠造口术，对照组30例行传统的腹膜内乙状结肠造口术，比较两组患者的造口并发症和排便功能。

Methods We analyzed 25 cases of prostate cancer, with age from 62 to 78 years (mean 68.5 years), case history from 2 weeks to 6 years, since June 2003 to Janurary 2006. All cases had been treated with extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.

2003年6月至2006年1月我院共收治前列腺癌患者25例，年龄62-78岁（平均68.5岁），病史2周－6年，所有患者均接受腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术。

结果 237例腹腔镜多脏器联合手术2例中转，其余235例均获成功；3例术后出现并发症，1例术后胆漏，1例术后早期炎性肠梗阻，1例术后右下腹炎性包块，均保守治疗痊愈出院。
