盆腔脓肿继发于开腹手术2例，宫腔手术1例，腹腔镜手术1例；1例7岁患儿继发于急性阑尾炎，阑尾四周脓肿形成。24例患者均有下腹部持续性隐痛或胀痛，其中18例有阵发性加剧，伴有尿频、尿急、尿痛等膀胱刺激症状；10例阴道流黄脓样分泌物，5例有阴道不规则流血。19例出现发热(体温38~42℃)，20例下腹部压痛、反跳痛、肌紧张，附件区有触痛者22例，其中15例于双侧、7例于单侧触及包块。
