Objective To explore the clinical effect of local prophylactic application of methotrexate in laparoscopic linear salpingostomy.

目的 探讨输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守性手术中局部预防性应用甲氨蝶呤的临床价值。

Patients who were treated with local MTX injection during the laparoscopic linear salpingostomy present less incidence of PEP with no obvious side effects.

输卵管妊娠腹腔镜保守性手术中局部预防性应用MTX可明显降低持PEP的发生率；药物使用不影响手术效果，且无明显不良反应。

The salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.Conclusion The laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.But not too early.

腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。
