The laparoscopic method is a variation of the "tension-free" procedure and is performed by insertion of different surgical instruments and video camera into the abdominal cavity or the preperitoneal space for mesh implantation.

腹腔镜手术方法是无张力疝修补的变化方式。医生用不同的手术器械插入病人的腹腔，借助摄象机把一张补片放入病人腹腔或者腹膜前间隙。

Serologic screening for celiac disease was positive in 12 (4.5%) of 266 patients with osteoporosis and in six (1.0%) of 574 patients without osteoporosis. All but two serologically positive individuals underwent intestinal biopsy, which was positive in nine osteoporotic patients and in one nonosteoporotic patient. The prevalence of celiac disease confirmed by biopsy was 3.4% among the osteoporotic population and 0.2% among the nonosteoporotic population.

Methods Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: group Ⅰ received intraperitoneal injection of L-thyroxine for 42 days to establish a model of thyrotoxic myopathy; group Ⅱ was treated with XYQJT for 30 days after L-thyroxine intraperitoneal injection; group Ⅲ was given normal saline for 30 days after L-thyroxine intraperitoneal injection as control; group IV served as normal control group.

Methods:260 patients,who suffered disease of adrenal glands,kidneys,ureter or bladders,were treated with laparoscopic surgery by retroperitoneal and transperitoneal approach.

Result: Seven cases were showed local adhesion between intestines;omenta and abdominal wall. One case was entensive adhesion in abdominal cavity . Five patients were performed laporoscopic operation successfully while one case had intestinal impairment and was converted to laparotomy.

Result: B-2 can increase abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytic activity significantly (p.001) B-1 can increase abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytic activity (high dose of B-1: P.01, low dose of B-1: P.05). Only high doses of S. sphenanthera coarse polysaccharides can increase phagocytic activity (phagocytic index p.05) and show dose-dependent augmentor effects.

结果：北五味子脱蛋白粗多糖能极显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能(p.001)，未脱蛋白粗多糖能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能（大剂量组p.01、小剂量组p.05），而南五味子粗多糖只有大剂量组能增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能（吞噬指数p.05），并呈一定的量效关系。
