Materials and Methods 6 patients of abdominal viscera internal organs aneurism were collected and received routine MR abdomen scan ,then Propeller LAVA and blood vessel imagery, Processing original image with VR and MIP to reconstruct artery.

材料和方法搜集腹腔内脏动脉瘤患者6例，常规腹部MR扫描，三维容积超快速多期动态增强扫描序列血管成像，采用容积再现及最大强度投影进行动脉重建。

The subcutaneous administration of sodium dimercaptosuccinate at a dose of 1500 mg/kg immediately after the intraperitoneal injection of trivalent antimonyl ammonium gluconate increased the LD_(50) of the latter from 90—112 mg/kg to 1300—1460 mg/kg.

皮下注射二巯基丁二酸钠1500毫克/千克，司将小鼠一次腹腔注射锑铵的半数致死量从90—112毫克/千克提高至1300—1460毫克/千克。静脉注身锑~(124)铵予家兔后，如立刻经同一途径注射二巯基丁二酸钠，亦可降低锑铵的急性毒性。

Our research clearly showed that NK antipersonnel activity of the model group mice was declined, compared with their control group, and the kill rate was 45.08%.

研究结果表明荷瘤模型组小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性下降，与正常对照组相比较，杀伤率为45.08％，腹腔注射亮菌多糖后，NK细胞杀伤活性有明显提高。

Methods:All of 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups:control group（group A, n = 10）, diabetic group for 4 weeks（group B, n = 14）, and diabetic group for 12 weeks（group C, n = 16）. The diabetes model was established by the injection of STZ. After some weeks erection function was examined by apomorphine injection. The content of NF-κB in the erectile tissue was evaluated by immunohistochemistry staining. At the same time the activity of NF-κB was detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay.

将成年雄性SD大鼠40只分为3组：A组为正常对照组（10只），B组为糖尿病4周组（14只），C组为糖尿病12周组（16只），采用腹腔注射STZ法制作糖尿病模型。B组大鼠于4周后，A组、C组大鼠于12周后通过注射阿朴吗啡后评价勃起功能，并取阴茎海绵体组织免疫组化EnVision法分析NF-κB的分布与表达，同时采用电泳迁移率变动分析法进行NF-κB 活性检测。
