Cases had left - sided diseases and 39 had right . 75 cases who had tumors less than 8 cm in diameter were treated by transabdominal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. 10 cases who had tumors more than 8 cm in diameter were treated by hand - assisted transperitoneoscopic radical nephrectomy. Results :In 84 of 85cases , nephrectomies were undergone successfully by laparoscopic procedure.

2000 年10 月～2009年8月共收治肾癌85例，男性47例，女性38例，年龄30～80 岁(平均57 岁)，肾上极有25例，肾中极有36例，肾下极有24例；肿瘤平均直径4.8cm，左侧46例，右侧39例， 75例肿瘤直径小于8 cm ，采用经腹腹腔镜肾癌根治术。10例肿瘤直径大于10 cm ，采用手辅式腹腔镜肾癌根治术。

In 5 cases of IUD embedding myometrium, complete IUD in 3 cas es and uncomplete IUD in 1 case were removed under the hysteroscopy, and the IUD in the remaining 1 case was removed by laparotomy. The rest 8 cases were diagno sed having IUD transmigrating into abdominal cavity. The IUD was removed under t he laparoscopy in 5 cases and by laparotomy in 2 cases. One patient gave up.

异位分 类中5例为子宫肌壁嵌顿，其中单纯经宫腔镜手术3例取出完整IUD，1例取出部分断裂的IUD 而遗留少许于子宫壁内，1例经开腹取出因断裂而完全嵌顿于肌壁间的IUD；8例为腹腔异位，经腹腔镜取出5例，2例开腹取出，1例放弃。

And the effect of abdominal injection with Astragals was enhanced as the time of exposure to noise prolonged; while that of Rhodioda weakeded with higher noise intensity.

Clinical data and Methods: Laparoscopic left colectomies carried out in the Department of General Surgery, Nanfang Hospital from 2003 to 2004, on 15 left colonic cancer patients were observed and analyzed on the anatomical natures of fascias posterolateral, middle to the left colon, posterolateral to the rectum, as well as the laparoscopic location markers.

临床资料和方法：2003~2004年南方医院普通外科施行的腹腔镜左半结肠切除术15例，病例均为左半结肠癌。对腹腔镜下左半结肠后外侧、中线侧和直肠后外侧相关筋膜的解剖特点和镜下定位标志进行观察和描述。

Total 150 one-day-old SPF chickens were divided into 5 groups of 30 birds each and kept in 5 isolators with positive pressure- filtered air.
