Results One case with transverse mesocolon pore hernia, one with obturator hernia and one with paracecal hernia were confirmed by exploratory laparotomy. There were six cases whose hernias resulted from the fall of export jejuna into import jejuna after Billroth II anastomoses in front of colons, five from the pelvic bottoms' peritoneal fissure and four from the fissure appearing between descending colon and lateral abdominal wall after Miles' operation, one from greater omental adhesion to sigmoidal wall after sigmoidostomy, and one from inflammatory adhesion on the basis of Meckel's diverticulum. The other 17 cases' hernias (48.7%) were caused by the fissure among celiac adhesive bands, peritonea, celiac organs, enteric walls and intestines.

结果 剖腹探查手术证实为横结肠系膜裂孔疝1例；闭孔疝1例；盲肠旁疝1例；毕Ⅱ式结肠前吻合术后输出段空肠疝入输入段空肠与横结肠系膜间隙6例；Miles术后盆底腹膜裂开所致内疝5例；Miles术后降结肠与侧腹壁形成的间隙致内疝4例；大网膜与乙状结肠造口肠壁粘连形成内疝1 例；1例在梅克尔憩室基础上发生炎性粘连形成腹内疝；因腹腔粘连带与腹膜、腹腔脏器、肠壁、肠与肠之间的孔隙改变形成内疝17例（48.7%）。

Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the advantages of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods Procedure of laparoscopic total mesorectal excision were performed in 8 patients with rectal cancer.

摘要］ 目的评价腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的优越性方法在腹腔镜下对8例直肠癌实行全系膜切除术并对手术方法和临床效果进行分析。

Results Free MMC 0.15625～5.0μg/kg significantly increased the positive rate of PCE micronuclear test, the chromosome aberration rate and rat teratogenecity, but the mitomycine C absorbed onto ACNP did not increased these heredity and proliferation toxicological indexes in a dose range of 0.625～10.0μg/kg.

结果 游离丝裂霉素腹腔注射0.15625～2.5μg/kg 均可导致小鼠骨髓微核试验阳性率和CHL染色体畸变率，用纳米活性炭吸附MMC后给药，在0.625～20.0μg/kg 腹腔注射后都没有明显增加微核试验阳性率和染色体畸变率。

There were no blood transfusion or serious complication in the study.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation,such as adrenalectomy,nephropexy,pelvioplasty,unroofing of renal cyst,pelvilithotomy,ureterdithotomy and spermatic vein ligation,have the advantages of minimai invasion,less blood loss and fewer complications,which is an effective and practical procedure.

后腹腔镜肾上腺瘤切除术、肾固定术、肾盂成形术、肾囊肿去顶术、肾盂或输尿管切开取石术及腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少等优点，临床疗效可靠，实用性较强。

But the nonabsorbable material is forbidden to place in the abdominal cavity and contact with viscera, because of the severe adhesion occuring between the material and the viscera, resulting in digestive tract obstruction and even intestinal fistula.

CDRS and damage of biliary tract can be avoided after nonclosure and suture gallbladder stump in the subtotal laparoscopic cholecystectomy reserving gallbladder ampullae and cystic duct.Bile leakage can be cured after shorttime prophylactic drainage.

Calot三角解剖困难时残留部分胆囊壶腹或胆囊管的腹腔镜胆囊大部切除术，术中不闭锁缝合胆囊残端可以避免发生CDRS及误伤肝外胆管等，出现胆漏经过短期持续腹腔引流后可自愈。

Objective: Laparoscopic liver resection is still on the stage of research due to its high difficulty and complexity on operation. There are a lot kinds of methods on the resection, but each method has its advantages and limitations. The operative technique is still immature and the clinical experience is still nonsystematic and insufficient.

Patients in the observative group recovered without any complications while one patient in the control group who complicated with bile leakage was cured through laparoscopic exploration,ligation of the remnant cystic duct,and abdominal drainage 20h after the operation.

术后观察组未出现近远期并发症，对照组出现1例胆漏，术后20h腹腔镜下探查，行胆囊管残端结扎，腹腔引流治愈。

Methods: To establish a rat model of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation with venacava endocrine drainage and enteric eccrine drainage. The recipient rats were introperitoneally injected with 15 mg/kg of proline dithiocarbamate in experiment group and with equal amount of normal saline in control group 30 minutes before transplantation.
