Methods 56 patients in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were allocated randomly into the control group and the treatment group. 结果：术后胃瘫的临床表现主要为腹胀、呕吐、无明显腹痛，大多数患者排气正常，消化道x-ray钡餐造影提示胃蠕动差，胃镜检查吻合口通畅。52例患者进行胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均缓解。结论：手术后胃瘫的诊断主要依据临床表现；胃镜检查有其重要价值；排除机械性梗阻后，采取非手术治疗，可取得满意疗效。
