Methods Modification I:Transverse incision was chosen on epigastirc,a piece of about 3×5 cm fascil strip with pedical as well as bilateral anterior and posterior sheath of recus and peritoneum was pulled through transverse mesocolon functioning as the supporting stick of traditional loop ostomy.The colon of ostomy was buried subcutaneously,stoma was opened instantly or secondarily depending on the patients′s condition.

一、选择上腹部正中线横向切口，将腹白线两旁的腹直肌前、后鞘连同腹膜切成3×5cm的带蒂筋膜条穿过横结肠系膜并缝合固定，替代传统袢式造瘘的支撑棒，造瘘肠段埋于皮下，根据病情需要直接或二期开放造瘘口，余手术操作基本同传统袢式造瘘术。

The results were showed as following:The work intensity of trunk muscles activities was different in forestry work conditions; work intensity of Erector spinae were the maximum,approaching over 30%Maximum Voluntary Contraction,and EMG amplitudes of Rectus abdominis and Oblique external abdominis were 10%MVC.

研究结果如下：在不同作业工况中，躯干不同肌肉的工作强度存在差异，背部竖脊肌工作强度为最大，均在最大用力的30%左右，其次为腹直肌与腹外斜肌均在最大用力的10%左右。

Sixty-two artificially respired rabbits were anesthetized with urethae.Intranuclear microinjection was adopted.Microinjection of TRH into Lc-Sc induced a marked increase in respiratory frequency and significant elevation of blood pressure.The above mentioned effects of TRH into Lc-Sc on RF could be blocked by preinjection of α2 or β receptor antagonist into RVLM respectively.

实验选用62只行乌拉坦静脉麻醉和人工呼吸的家兔，采用脑内核团微量注射的方法，将TRH微量注入蓝斑复合核，使呼吸频率明显增快，平均动脉血压升高；在延髓头端腹外侧区分别预注射α2或β受体阻断剂，使TRH在蓝斑复合核的呼吸增频效应明显减弱，其升压效应可被延髓头端腹外侧区分别预注射α或β受体阻断剂拮抗。

This paper applies nonlinear finite element method to analyze the behaviors of connections under cyclic load at fist time. Contact elements are set between end plate and column flange, screw cap and neighborhood plane, bolt bar and hole. After verification of FEM, more than 50 species of 10 series are computed.

The major parameters including slippage coefficients, pretensions forces, dimensions of angles, arrangement of bolts, connection method among angle, beam web, column flange, and so on are studied. Some important conclusions are drawn.

After verification of FEM, 45 species of 15 series are computed. The major parameters including slippage coefficients, pretensions forces, dimensions of angles, arrangement of bolts, connection method among angle, beam web, column flange, and so on are studied. Some important conclusions are drawn.At last, Advices for seismic design based on tests and FEM analysis are presented at last. The study is rather comprehensive and systematic, and the conclusions. can be useful for revising design code, guiding design of engineering, and provide good basis for further to study behavior of shear beam-to-column connections.
