腹痛

We describe a patient with a double metastasis of HCC to the oral cavity and proximal jejunum who presented with halitosis, abdominal pain, and melena.

我们在此发表一位同时有肝癌转移到口腔和近端空肠的病人，其一开始表现为口臭及腹痛并解黑便。

Results Melena and abdominal pain were their main symptoms. The diagnosis relied upon combination of sonography, CT, gastroscopy, and endoscopic ultrasonography.

结果 本组病人以黑便和腹痛为主要临床症状，临床诊断需综合利用B超、CT、胃镜、内镜超声检查确定。

不良反应方面：无皮疹、皮炎、皮肤干燥、荨麻疹，更无口干、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘、胃肠胀气等消化不良症状；无头晕；无嗜睡、失眠；无咳嗽；未见肝肾损害。

参加活动的主体正常的自我感觉应该是精神饱满，体力充沛，渴望参加活动，每次练习后稍有疲劳和肌肉酸累感，但经过休息能很快恢复，如果感到精神不振、困倦、头晕、容易冲动以及局部关节肌肉酸痛疲软、麻木、胸闷、气短、腹胀、腹痛，甚至恶心呕吐等不良征状则都属于异常。
