I Objective To study the effect of cimetidine plus smectite combination treatment for rotavirus diarrhea in infants.

目的 探讨西咪替丁联合思密达对婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻的治疗作用。

Cimetidine and smectite were given in treatment group, virazole and other antidiarrheic were given in control group. Results In the treatment and control group, overall effectiveness rates were 95.4% and 75.2%, respectively.

对2001年11月~2004年11月在我科治疗的大便RV抗原检测阳性的腹泻婴幼儿298例，随机分为2组，治疗组153例，用西咪替丁10~20mg/静滴，加思密达口服，对照组145例，用病毒唑10~15mg/静滴，加止泻药进行对比性研究。

Methods During Dec.2001 to Dec.2004,298 patients with rotavirus diarrhea were diagnosed by rotavirus antigen titer in stools, were divided into treatment group (n=153) and control group（n=145）.Cimetidine and smectite were given in treatment group, virazole and other antidiarrheic were given in control group.
