采用比浊法测定了21种从腹泻Wistar大鼠肠道内分离、纯培养的肠道细菌在分别含有1%小刺猴头菌发酵液多糖和1%灵芝发酵液多糖的培养基中37℃培养18h后的OD值，经统计分析结果表明见猴头和灵芝对21种肠道菌中的5种菌株有明显的抑菌作用，而对其他菌株的作用并不明显，灵芝和猴头相比较，猴头没有显著作用的菌株，而灵芝却有显的抑制作用，而猴头具有显著作用的菌株。
