The course of autoimmune cirrhosis is often delitescence. The inflammation of the liver is severe with decreasing of synthesizing function of the liver. Ascites is the most common complication. Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, blood stasis of collaterals are the main syndrom types of TCM.
