METHOD: ICR male mice of tumor model was made by inoculating with tumor cells (S180, EAC, Heps). Anti-tumor activity of brucine was evaluated by tumor inhibitory ratio and life prolonging rate of mice transplanted with tumor. RESULT: Brucine had significant restraining effect on transplanted tumor growth of mice.

用ICR小鼠接种S180、EAC、Heps瘤株造成相应的移植性荷瘤小鼠模型，考察马钱子碱对实体瘤模型(S180、Heps)小鼠的抑瘤率和对腹水瘤模型小鼠生命延长率以研究其抗肿瘤活性。

Results Brucine and its liposome had significant inhibiting effect on transplanted tumor growth in mice. Inhibitory rates of brucine on Heps were 35.05% [1.61mg/], 43.70% [3.23mg/], and 46.09% [6.46mg/], while of its liposome on Reps was 45.41% 1.61mg/1 and 58.19% [3.23 mg/, respectively. The inhibitory rate of brucine on S180 was 37.59% [1.61 mg/], 36.13% 3.23mg/, and 38.87% [6.46 mg/, while of its liposome on S180 was 53.00% [1.61mg/] and 48.37% [3.23mg/], respectively. However, both of them had no distinct effect on prolonging the life of mice with transplanted tumor.

结果 马钱子碱及其脂质体能有效抑制实体瘤模型荷瘤小鼠体内肿瘤生长，1.61、3.23、6.46mg/马钱子碱对Heps小鼠的抑瘤率分别为35.05%、43.70%和46.09%，而1.61、3.23mg/马钱子碱脂质体的抑瘤率分别为45.41%和58.19%；1.61%、3.23、6.46mg/马钱子碱对S180小鼠的抑瘤率分别为37.59%、36.13%和35.57%，而1.61和3.23mg/马钱子碱脂质体的抑瘤率分别为53.00%和48.37%，明显高于马钱子碱；但两者对腹水瘤模型荷瘤小鼠的生存时间均无延长作用。

The results showed that GP (320 mg/kg) combined with ADM (2 mg/kg) could significantly prolong survival Lime of mice bearing SF763 tumor, the life-prolonging rate was 88%(P40 mg/kg) significantly had a inhibition no A549 (P.05), the optium dosage of GP was 80 mg/kg, which had an inhibition of 82.2%(P.01) after an inoculation of 11 days; GP had a negative relation on prolonging survival time of mice bearing EC tumors between dosage of GP and the effect. The optimum dosage was 5-10 mg/kg, which had optimum prolonging rate of 32.77%(P.05). Thus GP could significantly prolong survival time of mice bearing SF763, A549 and EC tumors.

结果表明：生药剂量320 mg/kg GP联合2 mg/kg阿霉素，其生命延长率为88%(P01)，GP能明显延长荷人脑瘤SF763裸鼠生命；GP在大于40 mg/kg时对人肺腺瘤A549裸鼠具有明显的抑制作用(P.05)，最佳剂量为GP 80 mg/kg，接种时间11d，抑瘤率为82.2%(P.01)；GP对艾氏腹水瘤EC小鼠的生存期呈现负量效关系，GP最佳剂量范围在5~10 mg/kg，最高生命延长率为32.77%(P.05)。

Results and ConclusionThe study of time-efficacy relation expresses that after infusing the solution of Phyuanthus emblica Phyllanthus emblica, medicated serum in different time activates the spleen lymphocyte of small mice differently after the 30min but before 180min. During this period, on 2h the activation of the medicated serum is the most obvious. The quantity-efficacy relation research expresses that megadose promotes the propagate of the spleen lymphocyte of small mouse and activates the macrophage in the abdominal cavity more obviously. On the other hand, the small dosage influents the survival rate of the mouse S180 ascites tumor cell more obviously.

结果与结论时效关系研究表明，用余甘子冻干粉溶液灌胃后30～180 min内不同时相含药血清对小鼠脾淋巴细胞具有活化作用，并在给药2 h时实验血清活化作用明显；量效关系研究表明，余甘子大剂量组实验血清对促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖，促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞细胞活化作用以及小剂量组实验血清对小鼠S180腹水肿瘤细胞存活率的影响均具显著差异性。
