Ganglion: A catarrhal or gluey cyst occurs either around the soft tissue of the joints or inside the tendon sheath. The disease is mainly out of a sprain or a bruise. Most occur on the back side of a wrist.

腱鞘囊肿：是一种发生於腱鞘内或关节囊周围软组织的黏液或胶样性的囊肿，多因扭挫伤及过度劳损引起，多数的案例发生在手腕背侧。

Objective To study the effect of Cr 32PO 4 colloid in treatment of thecal cysts.

目的 探讨Cr3 2 PO4胶体治疗腱鞘囊肿的效果。

Methods and Materials:Sixteen healthy young college students without requiring medical service for lower limb due to injury in past 6 months accept 8 weeks plyometric exercise training. Using nerve conduction velocity test, surface electromyography, isometric dynamometer, electrogoniometer and ultrasonography to detect the change of (1)muscle activation level.(2)number of α-motorneuron.(3)nerve conduction velocity. And the mechanical properties of muscle-tendon complex are including (1)fascicle length.(2)fascicle angle.(3)fascicle curvature in muscle(4)muscle composition and (1)stiffness (2)hysterisis in tendon and electromechanical delay are also analysis.

材料与方法：16位下肢在六个月内没有因为受伤而接受任何医疗协助的，接受8周增强式训练前后，接受使用神经传导检查，表面肌电图，等长肌力测力仪，电子量角器以及高频影像超音波等工具之量测，以了解肌肉活性改变包括(1)肌肉适应情形(2)神经元的改变(3)神经传导速率的变化以及肌肉肌腱复合体的机械特性，包括肌肉(1)肌束长度(2)肌束与深层腱鞘的角度(3)肌束弯曲度(4)肌肉组成，以及肌腱腱鞘复合体的(1)刚性与(2)迟滞现象以及机电传导延迟时间。

Clinical and anatomical studies have proved that, sesamoid is closely related with stenosing tenovaginitis of thumb, and sesamoid can induce or promote the formation of stenosing tenovaginitis.

经临床和解剖学研究证实，籽骨与狭窄性腱鞘炎的形成有密切的关系，籽骨一定程度上可以导致或促进狭窄性腱鞘炎的形成。关键词：腱鞘炎；籽骨；肌腱；组织构建

Stenosing tenovaginitis was induced by the saline injection via pressurized needle into muscle tendon of the sesamoid, resulting in local expansion of tendon sheath.

对 14例成人甲醛防腐固定标本拇掌指关节进行解剖学观察，并在籽骨部位的肌腱用加压针头分别注入适当生理盐水使腱鞘局部膨胀，制造模拟狭窄性腱鞘炎标本，进行模拟动力学观察。

Methods Fifty-six patients with aponeurotic cysts in wrist were divided into two groups, the control group: 33 patients accepted conventional aponeurotic cyst′s resection, the experimental group: 23 patients accepted the same operation along with methylene blue staining technique.

方法将56例腕部腱鞘囊肿患者分为实验组23例和对照组33例，实验组在传统腱鞘囊肿切除术的基础上，术中运用美蓝染色技术，对照组则接受传统腱鞘囊肿切除术。
