Result:52 cases had the excellent results,3 case had the middle results, 1 case had poor results that marginal skin of the wound were necrosis and subinfection.conclusion: it was a good effect that the open achilles tendon ruptures were treated by modified tsuge stuture or auxileary repair with free deep-fascia circuitously.

结果：56例患者均获随访，随访期9个月～2年，结果优良52例，中等3例，差1例（伤口边缘皮肤坏死并轻度感染）。结论：改良津下缝合法吻合跟腱或辅助游离深筋膜环行修复治疗开放性跟腱断裂具有良好的疗效。

Methods From May 2007 to Oct 2007, 13 cases of soft foot and ankle tissue coloboma were repaired or reconstructed with this flap. The perforator branch was detected and earmarked by Doppler ultrasound. The flap axis was designed as the connection of internal condyle of tibia and the middle point between inner malleolus and achilles tendon based on anatomy.
