Although the treatment is not suitable for all types of injuries it has been used to mend injured tendons, ligaments and muscles and is particularly helpful in resolving long-standing aches and pains such as tennis elbow as well as Achilles or knee tendonitis which are all often difficult to cure.

虽然治疗并不适合所有的伤病也已被用来修补受伤的肌腱，韧带和肌肉，尤其是有助于解决长期存在的，如网球肘以及跟腱和膝盖韧带发炎疼痛类型，这些都是常难以治愈。

Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of sixty-eight consecutive patients (mean age , 68 ± 6 years) in whom a total of seventy-two irreparable rotator cuff tears had been treated arthroscopically with biceps tenotomy or tenodesis.

我们回顾性的研究了68例连续的患者，平均年龄68 ± 6 岁，其中72例不可自身修复的肩袖撕裂使用关节镜行二头肌肌腱切除术或者腱固定术进行修复。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcomes of isolated arthroscopic biceps tenotomy or tenodesis as treatment for persistent shoulder pain and dysfunction due to an irreparable rotator cuff tear associated with a biceps lesion.

本研究的目的是评价关节镜下二头肌肌腱切除术或者腱固定术来治疗由于肩袖撕裂及其二头肌肌腱病变导致的肩部疼痛或者功能丧失。

The scaffolds must be not only unharmful to health, but also easy for cells attachment, and be able to induce collagen deposition to form a neotendon with mechanic properties similar to those of normal tendon.

所选用的支架材料不仅要对人体无毒副作用，还要求其易于细胞黏附，能诱导胶原沉积，新腱形成，并具有接近正常肌腱的力学性能。

The unoperated sides of the treated animals also served as controls. Six normal rats were treated as normal control group. Three different siRNA plasmid solution containing RC2-Ⅰ, MAFbx-Ⅱ, CON (50μl , 0.8μg/μl)was injected and transfected by electroporation as methods mentioned above, respectively. The changes of RC2 and MAFbx mRNA levels and RC2 protein levels after 3 days were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot, respectively. On postoperative 2, 3 and 4 weeks, the rate of wet muscle weight preservation, mean diameter of muscle fiber and mean cross-section area of muscle fiber and muscle protein content were checked and then compared between group CON and group RC2 or group MAFbx, respectively. The differences between groups were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Ultrastructural changes of muscle fiber were observed at 2, 3, 4 weeks postoperation.Results GFP plasmid was efficiently deliverd into muscle by electroporation and robust GFP expression in muscle could be observed more than three weeks. Histology shows that injected plasmid DNA diffuses extensively in muscle tissue.

1、健康雌性SD大鼠18只，随机分为电穿孔组和非电穿孔组，每组9只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型；EP组为将质粒pEGFP-N1溶液50μl(0.8μg／μl)注射入右趾长伸肌后，立即于两侧腱腹交接处给予电穿孔，电穿孔参数为：电场强度为200V／Cm，脉冲100μs，频率1Hz，施加10次脉冲；NEP组仅质粒pEGFP-N1溶液注射；转染后1、2、3周，荧光显微镜下观察趾长伸肌中GFP的表达情况，转染后1周行Western印迹检测趾长伸肌中GFP蛋白的表达情况，检测和优化体内转染效率。2、健康雌性SD大鼠78只，随机分为失神经对照组、RC2基因治疗组(RC2组)，MAFbx基因治疗组，每组24只，制作右下肢趾长伸肌失神经支配模型，余6只为正常组；分别将含CON、RC2、MAFbx基因的siRNA重组质粒注射入趾长伸肌，之后给予电穿孔，方法同上；治疗后3天实时定量PCR和Western印迹检测各组中RC2或MAFbx基因的mRNA和蛋白的表达变化，治疗后2、3、4周检测各组肌湿重维持率、肌细胞直径和肌细胞截面积，肌细胞超微结构变化以及肌纤维中蛋白含量变化。

Results 22 patients underwent zygoma reduction and subperiosteal rhytidectomy by coronal incision approaching. 5 cases with frontal region depression were filled with ePTEF or a piece of epicranial aponeurosis. The follow-up time was 6～24 months. All the patients were satisfied with the final results.

结果：本组22例患者，均行头皮冠状切口颧骨颧弓复合体缩小及骨膜下除皱术，部分患者以膨体聚四氟乙烯补片或帽状腱膜行中上面部凹陷填充，术后面部软组织及骨性结构均得到显著的年轻化改善效果，随访6～24个月，面部外观满意。
