Results:The following were observed and measured:the location where the genitofemoral nerve coming out from the psoas major,the plane of the location the highest plane of the iliac crest,common iliac vessels branch plane,the distance between the ureter and the lateral part of the psoas major,the distance between the genitofemoral nerve and the lateral part of the psoas major,the distance between the genitofemoral nerve and the ureter,the location at the decussation of the genitofemoral nerve and the ureter.

结果：观测了生殖股神经穿出腰大肌的位置；在穿出点平面、髂嵴最高点平面、髂总血管分叉平面，输尿管距离腰大肌外侧缘的水平距离，生殖股神经距离腰大肌外侧缘的水平距离，生殖股神经与输尿管的水平距离；生殖股神经与输尿管交叉点与腰大肌外侧缘的水平距离，交叉点距离髂嵴最高点平面的垂直距离。

Appraised the clinical effect of the flavone of rhizome drynania on Senile Osteoporosis, according to the dynamic observation on integrative scores of lumbodorsal pain and lumbodynia,"VAS section grading method" on lumbodynia,"Barthel index rating method" on ADL, detected BMD on anterior-posterior position lumbar2~4 vertebra body and proximate of femur including neck/ward/troch, and determined the index of bone transition including BGP/PINP/ICTP through the radioimmunity method before and after treated half a year, then contrast intragroup and selfgroup. Depending on the standard of curative effect, contrast the difference of curative effect between two groups.

采用随机对照的方法，分为治疗组36例，对照组34例，依据对腰背痛及腰痛综合评分进行动态观察；依据"疼痛VAS线段分级法"对腰背痛（静止痛、翻身痛、久坐痛、起身痛、弯腰痛、步行痛、睡眠痛、叩击痛、压痛）进行量化动态观察；依据"Barthel指数评定法"对老年性骨质疏松症日常生活活动能力进行观察；采用双能X线骨密度仪对腰椎(L2-L4)、股骨近端各部位：股骨颈、股骨三角区、股骨粗隆进行骨密度定量检测；应用放射免疫法对骨转换指标进行测定，骨形成指标：骨钙素、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽；骨吸收指标：Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽等，评价骨碎补总黄酮治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床效果。

Results: The thickness of intertransverse ligament was about 0.60~1.39mm.

结果：横突间韧带厚度0.60~1.39mm；L(下标 3-5)节段动脉前支及伴行静脉90%以上位于相邻横突间韧带腹侧上1/2处，横突间韧带背侧中1/3处有一恒定节段动脉分支；腰神经前支与矢状面夹角18.90°~39.20°，下位横突的副突处距前方走行腰神经前支距离为5.63~8.05mm，椎弓峡部侧缘至腰神经前支的距离为1.73~3.64mm。

We also measure the distance and section of some muscles for example, psoas major muscle, quadratus lumborum, erector spinae olbique, internal abdominal oblique, rectus abdominis, transversus abdominis.

运用横截面积肌力计算法，测量尸体腰椎周围肌肉：腰大肌、腰方肌、竖脊肌、腹内外斜肌、腹横肌的解剖横断面积，及其与腰段脊柱纵轴的中心距数值，求得力矩值。

Result:(1) The max supporting weight of saddle-backed waist splint is 90 kg in the bed exercise, applicable to people who have spine length 73cm~67cm( about body height 178cm~165cm)(2) the height of the gas filled pillow is 5cm~15cm (3) The height of the gas filled pillow should be adjusted according to different patient (4) the press on the abdomen deliver by front part of saddle-backed waist splint is 3336 kpa; Standard piece of waist line is 94cm~70cm, elastic force is 180N .

结果：﹙1﹚鞍式腰托在卧床锻炼时的最大承重量为90㎏，适用脊柱长度为 73 ㎝67 ㎝（约身高178 ㎝165 ㎝）。﹙2﹚充气垫枕的高度为5㎝15㎝。﹙3﹚针对不同病人的身高﹐应适当的调整充气垫枕的高度以及指导锻炼时的拉伸高度。﹙4﹚下地后鞍式腰托前板能给腹部压力为3336kpa；标准件的弹性腰围为64㎝ 90㎝﹑弹性力为180N。结论：鞍式腰托在通过力学测试以及临床应用﹐已基本符合脊柱胸腰段（T11L2）椎体屈曲型稳定性压缩骨折的复位要求，具有简便安全而有效的整复与固定作用。具有较强的实用性，值得进一步研究开发。
