Measurement and analysis of the in vivo posteroanterior impulse response of the human thoracolumbar spine: a feasibility study.

测量和分析了脊柱在人体内的胸腰椎后前脉冲响应：一个可行性的研究。

To evaluate bone mineral density of normal humans in Henan of China,BMD of whole body,lumbar vertebrae,upper and lower limbs and pelvis of 417 healthy subjects was measured by Hologic 4500W dual energy X-ray absorptiometer made in USA.Only BMD of limbs and pelvis was analyzed.

为了解我国河南地区正常人骨密度的数据，作者应用美国Hologic生产的双能X线4500W型骨密度仪，对417例正常人进行了全身和腰椎正、侧位检测，现就四肢和骨盆骨密度的测试结果加以分析。

Methods Two hundred and ninety seven middle-aged and aged females were sampled randomly from the cases who were examined in the bone mineral density measurement department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2004 to January 2006, and their age, stature and body weight were recorded exactly. The BMD of lumbar (L2~4), femoral neck, Ward's and great trochanter was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometer, then statistically analyzed.

从2004年1月～2006年1月在南昌大学第二附属医院骨密度测定室检测的就诊者中随机抽取297例中老年妇女，准确记录其年龄、身高、体重；采用法国DMS公司Challenge：双能X线骨密度测定仪检测腰椎(L2~4)、股骨颈、ward's三角以及大转子的BMD，然后进行比较和统计分析。

Kanzawa pointed, the abdominal vertebra BMD of PTH gene individuals in BB genetype is obviously higher than those of Bb and bb genetype,so he considered that the BstBI polymorphism of PTH gene has dependability with BMD while the DraⅡpolymorphism of PTH gene has no dependablity with BMD.3 The polymorphism of estrogen receptor gene and postmenopausal osteoporosisPMOP is a metabolic bone disease existing in post-menopause femmes, as a result of these femmes\' hypofunction of ovary,ESG level drawdown and the disequilibrium of bone couple procedure,the bone resorption of osteoclast exceeds the bone formation of osteoblastic,osteopenia and bone fragility accrescence have developed,then induces fracture and so on.

Kanzawa等研究发现，BB型PTH基因人的腰椎BMD较Bb、bb型显著为高，认为PTH基因BstBⅠ多态性与BMD有相关性；但PTH基因DraⅡ多态性则与BMD无相关性。三雌激素受体基因多态性与绝经后骨质疏松绝经后骨质疏松是指绝经后妇女由于体内卵巢功能低下，雌激素水平低落，骨偶联过程失衡，破骨细胞的骨吸收大于成骨细胞的骨形成作用所导致的骨量减少，骨脆性增加，进而易于发生骨折的代谢性骨疾病。

Results The ages of peak mass of BMD of forearm and lumbar spine were in 30-39 age-group for both male and female.

结果 男、女前臂和腰椎峰值骨量均为30-39岁，股骨颈、Ward区峰值骨量均为20-29岁。
