The portal of radiocapal joint was in the triangle of tendon of extensor carpi radialis muscle and long abductor muscle of first digit.Lateral to accessory cephalic vein and superficial branceh of radial nerve.The arthroscopic portals in intercarpal joint were in the both sides of extensor carpi radialis muscle.

桡腕关节的进镜部位在关节前方正中偏内侧，在腕桡侧伸肌腱内侧和腕斜伸肌腱之间的三角区，再向内为副皮下静脉及桡神经浅支，腕间关节在腕桡侧伸肌腱的两侧均可。

METHODS From July 1978 to November 1993, 12 cases of giant tumor of distal end of radius were treated by this procedure and followed up for 6 months to 15 years, and the movement range of wrist, grip strength, and pain were evaluated. RESULTS The painful wrist released in 11 cases, only one case still existed mild pain and felt discomfortable.

1978年7月～1993年11月，采用吻合血管的腓骨头移植代替桡骨远端重建腕关节的方法治疗桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤5例，对其中12例进行了腕关节功能随访，随访时间为6个月～15年，评估患者腕关节的活动范围、握力及疼痛情况。

Objective:To get objective evidence of the optimal stress condition in broken ends of scaphoid loins fracture,to provide biomechanical basis for the clinical choice of the different fixation postures after scaphoid loins fracture and further to offer theoretical instructions for the treatment after scaphoid loins fracture,stress distribution and shift rules after three types of fracture in scaphoid loins (transverse fracture, radialis oblique fracture and ulnar side oblique fracture) were studied using electrometric method and three-dimensional (3-D) finite element analysis.

目的：运用电测法和三维有限元法，研究腕舟骨腰部三种类型骨折后腕关节在各种不同体位固定下骨折端的位移情况及其所受应力的分布和变化规律，从而得到骨折后良好折端应力条件的客观证据，为临床上腕舟骨腰部骨折后腕关节固定体位的选择提供生物力学依据，进而为腕舟骨腰部骨折后的临床固定治疗提供理论指导。

摘 要：采用心理测量方法，对运动员在安静、中度疲劳、重度疲劳三种状态时的上肢多关节联动动觉准确性、腕关节敏感度、肤觉两点阈、肌肉用力感、投篮命中率5项指标进行测试，结果表明：四项感觉指标和投篮准确性在中度疲劳状态时较安静状态和重度疲劳状态有所提高；不同指标的变化差异不同，投篮准确性、肤觉两点阈、腕关节敏感度的变化达到显著或非常显著水平；而肌肉用力感和上肢多关节联动动觉准确性的变化差异未达到显著性水平；在三个不同疲劳状况下肤觉两点阈、腕关节敏感度与投篮准确性的变化相一致。

These findings indicate that this path of wrist motion confers a unique degree of radiocarpal stability and suggests that this direction, rather than the anatomical directions of wrist flexion-extension and radioulnar deiation, is the primary functional direction of the radiocarpal joint.
