OBJECTIVE: To review the recent progress in the treatment of wrist disorder by limited intercarpal arthrodesis and the related experimental study.

目的 综述近年来国内外有关部分腕骨融合治疗腕部疾患及其实验研究进展。

With suitable indication and well selected operation approach, the limited intercarpal arthrodesis should be the optimal surgical intervention than total carpal athrodesis in the treatment of wrist disorder.

采用部分腕骨融合术治疗腕部疾患，只要适应证和手术方法选择合适，应当首选。

Results: By a followed-up of 4 to 16 months,averaged 8 months,23 cases with turn-backward disfunctions,8 cases with turn-forward disfunctions,9 cases with elbow joint extension and flexion disfunctions,6 cases with wrist joint,metacarpophalangeal joint and interphalangeal joint disfunctions.

结果：随访时间4～16个月，平均8个月，旋后功能障碍者23例，旋前功能障碍者8例，合并肘关节屈伸受限者9例，合并腕、掌指及指间关节活动受限6例。

Methods 1 540 cases of arthroscopy were carried out from May 1980 to May 1999, including 1 426 cases of the knee, 59 of the ankle, 17 of the wrist, 21 of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, 8 of the hip, 6 of the elbow and 3 of the shoulder.

方法自1980年5月～1999年5月共施行关节镜手术1540例，病变部位分别为膝关节(1426例)、踝关节(59例)、腕关节(17例)、第一跖趾关节(21例)、髋关节(8例)、肘关节(6例)、肩关节(3例)。
