Methods: endovenous laser treatment of varicose great saphenous veins was applied to 21 patients of the chronic ulcer complicated to lower limbs venous varicosis , aided by cauterize with laster on varicose vein and perforating vein under the ulcer surface. after treatment, leg bandage compression was used for 0.5 months, and then changed to elastic stockings for 3~6 months.

对我院共收治的下肢静脉曲张合并慢性溃疡21例患者，均行静脉腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张，同时激光烧灼溃疡面下的曲张静脉及交通静脉，术后弹力绷带加压包扎半个月，改穿弹力袜3~6个月。

RCP is regarded as an assistant method in deep hypothermic circulatory arrest in that it provides partial brain blood flow,maintains a low brain temperature,optimizes cerebral metabolic function during DHCA by supplying oxygen and some nutrient and removal of catabolic products;it also reduces the incidence of cerebral embolization by flushing out air and particulate microemboli from the arterial tree before the reinstitution of antegrade perfusion,thus prolonging the limitation of safety of DHCA.But brain edema probably happens to restrict the clinical use of this method.

Puncture into Attain long sheath of CS through left infraclavicular vein, guided by CS pipe, take sheath into CS, make reverse contrast of heart vein with Attain saccule contrast pipe, put the left ventricle electric pole into the vein through sheath, then bring it into right ventricle apex and right cardiac ear through the electric pole of right ventricle and atrium, connect it with 3-cavity pulse generator, which is buried under left chest skin.
