Results The tissue of 3 cases of ACC in the esophagus was mainly composed of square shape gland epithelial cell and variant myoepithelial cell, mesh shape cavity crack and the tubular, the entity shape arrangement, the cavity crack content basophilia and acidophilia the secretion. There was transmigration of superficial epidermis in 1 case of ACC; All 3 cases were positive of CK, H-CK, P63, S-100 (endochylema /nucleus), EMA, and Bcl-2. Case 3 was positive of CerbB-2 and P53. Case 2 was CD117, AAT, SMA, PAS/AB.

结果 3例食管腺样囊性癌的癌组织主要由立方形腺上皮细胞和变异的肌上皮细胞组成，呈筛孔状腔隙、管状、实体状排列，腔隙内含嗜碱性和嗜伊红分泌物；3例食管腺样囊性癌中例1表面上皮有移行；免疫组化：3例CK、H-CK、P63、S-100、EMA、Bcl-2均，例3 CerBb-2，P53，例2 CD117，AAT、SMA，PAS/AB。

CT display: In the small intestine:The boiler of the small intestine was thicker and the appearance was broadened;In the sinonasal cavity:The appearance of the middle and inferior turbinates were enlarged and the infiltrateive bone destruction,the affected paranasal sinuses were filled with soft tissues and sinus walls demonstrated bone infiltration; In the lungs:The repeatedly pneumonia happened in the same part for a long time and had a slowly speeding and it had normal bronchorrhagia.

小肠黏膜相关淋巴瘤表现为肠壁增厚、肠腔扩大；鼻腔黏膜相关淋巴瘤表现为鼻甲增大、鼻甲骨质虫蚀状破坏，鼻窦骨质破坏以及窦腔内软组织肿块；肺黏膜相关淋巴瘤表现为同一部位不易消散的、缓慢进展的节段性炎症，炎症区域支气管气像正常。

At 1 month posttrauma, the severely damaged structure of the two joints in one animal was found. We could find the loss of the disc and the cartilage of the condyle. Effusion also existed.

伤后1月，可见有一侧关节盘完全破坏，髁突软骨层消失，关节腔内渗出；对侧关节结构紊乱，关节盘及髁突明显变形、不规则等变化。3月后，多数关节结构基本正常，但关节内的破坏性改变仍然存在，关节内可见较明显的裂隙或囊状改变，软骨组织变薄，关节盘松解，关节腔扩张等变化。

Methods: The distal 1/3 of eighty humeri was scanned by 16 layer spiral CT. The morphologic features of the intramedullary bony prominence above the olecranon fossa were observed and described on coronal, sagittal and transverse section after three-dimensional reconstruction. Then the distal 1/3 of twenty humeri was splitted vertically along the coronal midline for observing the intramedullary bony crista.

应用16层CT对80根肱骨远段1/3进行扫描，三维重建成像后，从冠状面、矢状面和横截面观察并描述鹰嘴窝上髓腔内骨性突起的形态特点，然后将20根肱骨远段1/3在冠状面上从中线纵行剖开，对髓腔内骨嵴行直观的观察。

结果CT征象：病变的窦腔内为不均匀的密度增高影，其中17例病变窦腔内呈不规则点状或片状钙化影，5例上颌窦内壁骨质吸收破坏，上颌窦口扩大11例，上颌窦骨壁增生硬化16例。

Results: The normal epithelial cells were intactly lined with microvilli, and lesions on the surface of Ct infected cells were showed by SEM. The expression of actin was obvious throughout the cytoplasm of uterine epithelial cells but appeared to be most intense along the apical plasma membrane on day 4, 5 and 6 of pregnancy. On the day 7, levels of actin had increased along the apical surface. The expression of actin in the infected group was weaker than that in of the normal group.

结果：SEM示对照组子宫腔可见有微绒毛的分泌细胞；实验组腔上皮细胞表面有的可见破损，微绒毛少见；免疫组化结果显示荧光强度主要定位于腔上皮细胞胞质／胞膜，妊娠第4，5，6天沿胞质顶部分布较密集，而底部较弥散；妊娠第7天顶部强度有所增加；感染组的荧光强度均弱于相应正常组，在妊娠第5天存在显著性差异(p.05)。
