This study consists of three parts. Firstly the equivalently accelerative corrosive environment is determined through the analysis of statistic data of corrosion environment. Secondly the fatigue test is carried out under the constant amplitude cyclic loading for the specimens which are exposed in the corrosive environment for equivalent calendar time of zero year, 3 years, 8 years and 13 years. Four S-N curves with different corrosive time are obtained based on the fatigue experiment. Finally the regression method of S-N curves for experimental data is researched and a weighted least square fit is put forward in which the weigh of a group of test data is inversely proportional to the length of the confidence interval.

进行了以下几个方面的工作：(1)通过实测、统计、分析得到了当量加速环境谱；(2)完成了在当量加速环境谱下预腐蚀日历年限0年、3年、8年和13年的腐蚀试验，并进行了成组常幅疲劳试验，得到了不同预腐蚀年限下的S-N曲线；(3)进行预腐蚀后的S-N曲线的数据拟合方法的研究，提出了考虑置信区间长度影响的加权最小二乘法。

The microstructures and phases of the alloys were analyzed by OM, SEM and XRD; the erosion resistance of the alloys prepared by different processing were measured under the conditions of simulated-brine and salt atmosphere, besides the various corrosive rates were calculated by the method of weight lost; the lows of corrosion were analyzed by the electrochemical polarization curve, and the corrosive current was measured through the method of Tafel linear extrapolation.

用光镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析了合金的组织与相的组成，测试了模拟海水及盐雾条件下三种工艺制备的材料的耐腐蚀性能，并用失重法定量计算各自的腐蚀速率；利用电化学极化曲线法分析了三种工艺制备的材料腐蚀规律，用塔菲尔直线外推法测定腐蚀电流。

Based on the observation of atomic force microscopy, the etching morphology of faces and sections with different crystallographic significance on α-quartz has been studied. The etching morphology on the natural crystal faces hexagonal prism faces (1010 and 01(average10, rhombohedron positive form face 10(average11, rhombohedron negative form face 01(average11 and the sections between any of the two crystal faces has been observed. It is shown that the etching pit on the same simple form has the same shape, while the orientation of the etching pits can be different. Different simple forms have different shapes of etching pits and the shapes of etching pits on positive form and negative form of the same simple form are also different.

通过对α-石英自然晶面六方柱面10(平均值10和01(平均值10、菱面体正形面10(平均值11与菱面体负形面01(平均值11、以及介于上述自然晶面之间的切面进行腐蚀形貌的观察研究发现，石英晶体同种单形的晶面腐蚀坑形态相同，但方位可以有变化，不同单形的晶面腐蚀坑形态不同；同一单形的正形与负形腐蚀坑形状不同；蚀坑形态能够反映晶体的对称性。

The effect of scandium addition on microstructure and corrosion properties of Al-5.3Cu-0.8Mg-0.6Ag-0.2Zr alloy was investigated using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion.
