The battery can keep on working for 6.5 hours. It is an efficient way for the testing of the corrosion on oil storage tank floor.

在上述实验研究的基础上，成功研制出一台基于PC104的便携式储罐底板腐蚀漏磁检测仪，解决了仪器使用过程中遇到的直线行走、转向和安装困难等关键问题，并在中国石化镇海炼化进行了应用，实验室和现场试验表明，该便携式储罐底板腐蚀漏磁检测仪能检出6mm厚钢板上φ4mm×0.5mm和12mm厚钢板上φ8mm×0.5mm的腐蚀坑，整体重量22kg，电池能连续工作6.5小时，很好的解决了储罐底板腐蚀的检测问题。
