Objective: To investigate the expression of Cytotoxin associated gene A and Vacuolating cytotoxin A,gastric epithelial cell proliferation and apoptosis of chronic superficial gastritis with helicobacter pylori infection and Spleen - Stomach Damp-Heat .

目的：观察幽门螺杆菌感染慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者血清中CagA、VacA的表达及胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖和细胞凋亡情况。

The conducting and receiving sensibility of the Gong tonality vibromusic sound wave at the main points of the spleen and stomach meridians:(1) The conducting sensibility of meridians and acupoints were different from each other;(2) The conducting of the spleen and stomach meridians of the FD group was weaker than the control group;(3) In the FD group, the spleen meridians had higher conducting sensibility than the control meridians and soft tissues, while in the control group the zusanli point of stomach meridian have higher sensibility than other points;(4) Divide the FD into gastric motility disorders form and non-gastric motility disorders form, the diference of interclass of Diji point's receiving sensibility of music sound wave had statistical significance.

脾胃经腧穴对宫调音乐声波传导的接收：(1)不同经络不同腧穴对音乐声波传导接收敏感性存在差异；(2)FD组脾胃经腧穴对宫调音乐声波接收弱于对照组；(3)FD组脾经腧穴对音乐声波的接收较对照经及对照软组织敏感，对照组胃经足三里穴对音乐声波的接收敏感性高于其他腧穴；(4)动力障碍型与非动力障碍型地机穴的音乐声波接收差别有统计学意义； 4。

Materials and Methods: According to authoritative clinical diagnosis standards and evaluation standards, 90 cases of outpatients and inpatients were selected as the research subjects. These patients of H.pylori associated alimentary disease all failed on routine triple therapy and belonged to deficiency-cold of spleen and gaster, damp-heat of spleen and gaster as well as stagnant blood of gaster. 90 cases were divided into three groups stochastically. Among these patients, 30 cases were served as contrast groupⅠ treated by "Omeprazole, Clarithromycin, Metronidazole", 30 cases were served as contrast groupⅡtreated by "Omeprazole, Levofloxacin, Ornidazole", the other 30 cases were served as observation group treated by "Qingyou Soup" associated with above-mentioned routine medicines. The period of treatment of all three groups was 2 weeks.

资料与方法：根据2007年《第三次全国Hp共识会议》制定的Hp感染临床诊断标准、根除标准，以及2002年《中药新药临床研究指导原则》的病例选择标准、中医辨证标准、临床疗效判断标准，选择经西医常规三联疗法根除失败的Hp感染相关消化疾病，且中医辨证属脾胃虚寒、脾胃湿热、胃络瘀血证的门诊和住院患者90例，随机分为对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ、治疗组，对照组Ⅰ30例予常规三联药物&奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、甲硝唑&治疗，对照组Ⅱ30例予新三联药物&奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、奥硝唑&治疗，治疗组30例予中药方剂&清幽汤&联合上述常规三联药物治疗，三组均以1周为一个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。

Hp感染程度可能与胃粘膜炎症程度及炎症的活动性呈正相关，Hp感染程度越重，胃粘膜的炎症越重。5、HSP70蛋白和mRNA表达水平呈现脾胃湿热证组＞脾气虚证组＞正常对照组的趋势；而在脾胃湿热Hp组各亚型中，又呈现热重于湿＞湿热并重＞湿重于热的趋势。

Methods : First,investigate the Fu Zhou and its peripheral region sufferers' who are operated at random,then analyze and make conclutions.Second,the pations who are selected all do Gastroscopy and take the sinus ventriculi greater curvature's pathology and Hp detection.Third, analyze the relationship between DD's Chinese syndromes and Hp detection ,and its pathology.Four, in the top of that to distinguish the degree of splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome and to search the relationship between different splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome and HP,and the pathology.

1、随机选择运动障碍样功能性消化不良病人进行症候学调查，并予分析、归纳；2、入选病人全部做胃镜检查，并进行胃窦大弯侧粘膜组织病理学及幽门螺杆菌检测；3、分析DD不同中医证型与Hp感染及其组织病理学的关系；4、在此基础上进一步对脾胃湿热证的程度进行了区分，研究不同严重程度的脾胃湿热证与Hp感染及胃窦粘膜组织病理学的关系。

Objective To study medication modality of spleen-stomach damp-heat pattern and composition regularity of spleen-stomach damp-heat formula in the Ming-Qing Dynasties.

目的揭示明清时期脾胃湿热证的用药模式及脾胃湿热方的配伍规律。

These results suggest that the prescription reciped based on the theory of the correlation between spleen-stomach and mentality can effectively hold back the epileptogenesis. The antiepileptic mechanism of the prescription may relate with reducing the release of monoamines; regulating the level of cAMP and cGMP and diminishing gene and protein expression of c-fos、c-jun.

本文研究结果提示，根据脾胃与神志相关理论，以调理脾胃为主旨组成的复方能有效阻抗PTZ点燃大鼠EP发作；其抗痫机理可能与减少单胺类神经递质的释放、调节cAMP、cGMP水平，进而削弱c-fos、c-jun基因及蛋白的表达有关。

And the expression of TFF3 in Ulcerative colitis in SSDH group is slightly higher than it was in the SSW group ,not obviously different between in the SSDH group and in the SSW group, but they were not significantly different between the two groups , because of the first time in reseaching of this area in our country, so it needs further study and analysis

UC的脾胃湿热证TFF3的阳性表达较脾胃虚弱证稍高，但二者间无显著性差异，由于此方面的研究在国内尚属首次，有待进一步的研究进行分析

The expression of TFF3 in Ulcerative colitis in SSDH and SSW groups were lower than in the normal control group , but so far the significance and the reasons for the reduction of the expression of TFF3 in Ulcerative colitis is not yet very clear.

溃疡性结肠炎脾胃湿热证及脾胃虚弱证病例TFF3的阳性表达均较正常对照组下降，但到目前为止对UC患者TFF3表达减少的原因和意义仍不十分明确。
