目的：观察健脾补肾法对核苷类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的增效作用及其对CD4、CD8的影响。

Methods Percutaneous liver biopsy guided by ultrasound was carried out in 37 clinical diagnosed infants with IHS. All the infants were presented with jaundice, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly or liver function damage.

方法按全国小儿病毒性肝炎防治座谈会制定的标准诊断为IHS的患儿37例，全部病例有黄疸、肝大或肝脾大及肝功能损害。

The histopathological changes of inoculated duckling were observed.The result showed that the death peak was in 24-48 h with the mortality of 80%.The histopathological changes were hemorrhagic necrotic hepatitis,necrotic splenitis,pancreas limitation coagulation necrosis and heterophil infiltrating into renal leaflet,respectively.

结果表明，接毒后 2 4～ 48h为感染鸭死亡高峰，试验发病的死亡率为 80 %；感染雏鸭肝、脾、胰、肾的组织病理变化分别表现为出血性、坏死性肝炎，坏死性脾炎，胰局灶性坏死及肾小叶的异嗜性粒细胞浸润。

DQ group included 30 cases treated by routine treatment and 30 cases treated by integrated TCM and western medicine.30 cases healthy people were enrolled as normal control group. All subjects were hemospasiaed venomously under fasting condition. 结果 被误诊的黑热病常表现为不规则发热、食欲不振、乏力、肝肿大、脾肿大、贫血貌，易被误诊为营养不良性贫血、小儿肺门淋巴结结核、肝炎和肾炎等疾病。
