The object of this study is to evaluate the immunoregulation and anti-tumor activities of Arnebia root polysaccharide in vitro. The ARPS was obtained by hot-water extraction, alcohol precipitation, de-protein, de-color, and dialysis etc. from Arnebia root and was administered on mouse spleen lymphocyte and tumor cell with 24 μgmL^(-1), 121 μgmL^(-1), 364 μgmL^(-1), respectively.

为研究紫草多糖在体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的免疫调节活性及对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用，本实验采用水提醇沉法，经脱蛋白、脱色、透析等方法提取紫草多糖，MTT法检测紫草多糖对淋巴细胞增殖及对HepG2、SPC-A-1肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。

In clinical study a systematic observation and synthetical evaluation was made on the two typical diseases in aspiratory and digestive system—pulmionary carcinoma and carcinoma of esophagus, with the acknowleged questionnaire of quality of life , combined with Karnofsky Performance Status and the self-made index of TCM symptoms grade.

OBJECTIVE: To establish an assay method for detecting mouse spleen lymphocytes traced by difference concentration of carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester in vivo.

目的：观察不同浓度荧光活性染料CFSE标记的小鼠脾细胞体内示踪情况，建立稳定的单染料差异浓度标记活细胞的体内示踪方法。

To base on RomeⅢ diagnostic standard that agreed in meeting Rome in 2006, and refer to《diagnostic and therapeutical criterion of dyskinetic functional dyspepsia of TCM 》 compassed by the China Institute of TCM in 2001, we choosed 60 patients with FD , who were divided into two groups at random. the treated group(30 cases) received CLD orally; the control group received Tiaoxin Anshen FA which is on zhe base of CLD orally. One therapeutic course of both groups was one week.

对象与方法：根据2006年罗马国际会议上达成的RomeⅢ诊断标准，并参照中华中医药学会2001年通过的《功能性消化不良中医诊治规范》，选择符合肝郁脾虚型FD患者60例，随机分为试验组和对照组各30例，对照组予柴芍六君子汤，试验组在柴芍六君子汤的基础上加用宣降肺气之品，以七天为1疗程，共服药四个疗程。

目的：探讨外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的诊治方法及最佳适应证方法：对71例外伤性骨盆骨折合并其他部位伤的病例进行不同方法的诊治：脾切除16例，肝修补7例，结肠手术6例，小肠修补吻合6例，膀胱造瘘4例，髂内动脉结扎10例，半骨盆离断术1例，髂血管探查取栓4例，胸腔闭式引流5例。

Results After 50 mmol·L-1 Taurine was added to the spleen lymphocyte suspension containing 0.1 mmol·L-1 glycolaldehyde, the cellular DNA damage rates were markedly decreased (P.01) and the migration distances of DNA were significantly reduced (P.01) as compared with positive control group, and Taurine reduced the carbonyl compound contents in a reactive system in a dose-dependent manner.

结果：在0.1 mmol·L-1乙醇醛溶液中加入50 mmol·L-1牛磺酸后，小鼠脾淋巴细胞DNA的损伤率较阳性对照组明显降低（P.01），彗星实验的迁移距离也显著缩短（P.01），牛磺酸呈剂量依赖性明显降低反应体系中乙醇醛的含量。
