The results indicated that albiflorin and paeoniflorin could improve activity of macrophage of mice, accelerate lympholyte multiplication,increase amount of active lympholyte,enhance immunity and confront with Cytoxan.

结果表明芍药双苷可恢复小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能，促进小鼠脾细胞诱导淋巴细胞增殖，增加具有活性淋巴细胞的数量，提高机体免疫力，并对环磷酰胺有一定拮抗作用。

造模方法1对消化吸收相关药理指标的改变与造模方法3的影响相似，但对模型动物的体重和食量的影响不明显；造模方法2除能使模型动物的体重减轻外，对其他各指标均无显著影响。1.4结论对比实验采用的三种石膏-知母的给药方法，方法3的造模效果最为显著和稳定，即以每日灌胃给药，连续12天，恢复9天，是本实验证实的最有效的脾阳虚证候模型制备方法。2干姜及其不同有效部位对理中丸消化吸收功能及代谢的影响2.1目的通过对理中丸中君药干姜，以及干姜中挥发性成分和水溶性成分对理中丸主要功效影响的研究，从药味和化学成分群两个层次，证实君药干姜及干姜中的主要活性成分群对理中丸整体功效的决定性影响，以初步揭示理中丸中君药核心地位的药理学和化学内涵。2.2方法采用石膏-知母复合造模法制备大鼠脾阳虚证候模型，造模期为14天1；治疗期间各给药组分别给予治疗药物，连续给药8天。

The mice inoculated with Coxiella burnetii intrana- sally developed interstitial pneumonia,while the primary pathological changes of mice inoculated intraperitoneally are granulomas in spleen and liver.2.The pathological changes became more severe followed the dosage increasing.3.Coxiella burnetii can be detected in spleen and liver at day 2 after inoculation.the lesion became more and more serious from day 2 to day 12.The characteristic changes were observed at day 7,and recovered at day 14. 4.The reticuloendothelial system are main target of Coxiella burnetii.The pathogen was detected in cytoplasm of monocyte -macrophages of spleen, liver, lung, and endothelioid cells of blood vessel. 5. Coxiella burnetii can be found in macrophages lysosomes by electron microscopy. Most of them are round or rod, and polymorphic shape can also be observed in different size.

结果：1、通过不同感染途径的实验证实，滴鼻感染的小鼠主要表现为间质性肺炎，而腹腔注射感染小鼠则以脾脏、肝脏肉芽肿为主要病变。2、通过不同剂量的感染实验发现，随着感染Q热立克次体剂量的加大，动物病变愈加严重。3、通过感染后不同时间的动态病理学观察发现，在腹腔注射后第2d的脾和肝脏即可发现病原体，主要脏器的病理变化从第2d到第12d逐渐加重，第7d动物的病变最典型，至感染后14d动物的受损器官已开始出现修复性变化。4、 Q热立克次体主要侵害机体的网状内皮系统，在感染小鼠的肝、脾、肺和外周血管单核巨噬细胞以及血管内皮细胞胞浆中查见病原体。5、透射电镜观察可见Q热立克次体主要位于巨噬细胞吞噬溶酶体内，呈多形性，多见圆形和杆状，大小不一。

Results ①Five days after abdominal application of Xiaoji power(0.1 g per mouce),the medicine showed a very significant effect in enhancing gastrointestinal propulsive function.② Xiaoji powder not only had relaxing effect on the normal smooth muscle in vitro,but also had a strong spasmolytic effect on acetylcholine,green bariuminduced spasm of intestinal smooth muscle.The experiment was based on 10 μg atropine sulfate as a positive control to carry out control experiments.It showed the graphics of atropine sulfate in spasmolytic role.③Xiaoji powder navel paste therapy played a positive role in adjusting the gastrointestinal electric disorder caused by deficiency of spleen Qi,and could restore it to its normal state.

结果 （1）以0.1 g/只消积散给予小鼠腹部用药5 d，即显示非常显著的增强胃肠推进功能作用；（2）消积散不仅对正常离体平滑肌有舒张作用，同时对由于乙酰胆碱、氯化钡引起的肠平滑肌痉挛也有强的解痉作用，该实验是以硫酸阿托品10 μg作为阳性对照药进行对照实验，显示了硫酸阿托品的解痉作用图形；（3）消积散敷脐对脾虚引起的胃肠电紊乱有明显的调节作用，使脾虚大鼠的胃肠电基本恢复到正常状态。
