研究表明，培养初期丁草胺、乙草胺、丙草胺和异丙甲草胺对土壤过氧化氢酶和脱氢酶活性、对土壤微生物量氮和微生物量碳有不同程度的抑制，但均能很快恢复，四种供试酰胺类除草剂对土壤生态的影响不大，除草剂之间也没有表现出显著差异；培养初期rac-异丙甲草胺和S-isomer高浓度处理均比常规用药量处理对土壤酶、土壤BN和Bc的影响大。

In April 2004, 30 Boleophthalmus pectinirostris samples were collected from the lagune in Xiepu Villege, Zhenhai Town, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Polyarylamide gel electrophoresis was used to detect the expression of isozymes in liver tissue. LDH, FDH, GDH, GCDH, G6PDH, MDH, ME, SOD, CAT and EST were analyzed and the biochemical genetic results showed that, among the 10 isozymes in this paper, 9 of which obtained clear enzyme patterns except for CAT.

于2004年4月，在浙江省宁波市镇海区澥浦滩涂采集野生大弹涂鱼30尾，采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法，分析了乳酸脱氢酶、甲酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶、D-葡糖脱氢酶、葡萄糖－6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶、苹果酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和酯酶等10种酶在大弹涂鱼肝脏组织中的表达，并对同工酶表型进行了生化遗传分析。

Enzymes could enhance the deamidation rate of Gln residues. Nutrase was the most effective. The rate of deamidation by Nutrase after 6 hours at the given conditions were up to 40.85 percent, followed by alkaline enzyme and papain. Prozyme A, flavourzyme, pepsin had no obvious effect.

In this paper,the Lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase,superoxide dis-mutase of five tissues of Carassius auratus gibelio; Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Esox americanus Gmelin; Leuciscus waleckii in Dalai Lake were studied by vertical polypropylene gel electrophoresis and the isozyme composion of four kinds of fishes were obtained. Then the analysis of the expressing specify of 3 kinds of isozyme in different tissues and loci were carried on and the genetic base of isozyme system was discussed.
