Result:1 By light microiscopy, these were observed that nephroid ball differently swelled, nephroid vesicle dwindled,and serosity and red blood cell exuded out intovesicle. Denaturalization, putrescence and desquamation were found nephroid canaliculus epithelium, there were red conglomeration and cell in nephroid canaliculus.

结果1光镜下，与对照组相比实验组可见肾小球有不同程度的肿胀，囊腔变小甚至消失，内有数量不等的红细胞和浆液渗出；肾小管上皮细胞变性、脱落，管腔内有红染的团块和脱落的细胞成分。2常规尿液检测结果发现尿比重增加，尿液中有不同程度的潜血，尿中出现蛋白质，尿液的PH 值较对照组降低，另外，尿液中葡萄糖的含量降低。
