Abstract］ MEBO was used for treating 32 cases of burn with third degree eschar. Decrustation was achieved in 2 to 4 days after the application of MEBO and granulation tissue was formed. Decrustation was very complete.

将我科近2年30例住院烧伤患者用MEBO进行Ⅲ度焦痂脱痂，观察脱痂过程、脱痂后肉芽组织的植皮存活率、全身情况、疼痛、血象和肝肾功能的改变等指标。
