The optimum condition is determined:extracting temperature (20 ), time (60mins), solvent (92%ethanol),solvent quantity (12 times of the yelk), at which yield is highest; using thinlayer chromatography to measure its component, the content of phosphatidylcholine extend to 68.2%.
