We have used GC to follow up the formation of epoxy acid and established the acidify condition; we have done series of parallel experiments to better the pivotal condensation reaction between acid and amine; In the cyclization step, we use cheap and available reagent-Lithium amide , rather than expensive LiHMDS, to proceed the reaction; and at last, we introduced green reagent-ozone to clear the phenyl group of nitrogen to avoid using heavy metal reagent-CAN. The total yield for this method is 29.8%.

通过GC监测，确定环氧酸的最佳酸化条件；对关键的酸和胺的缩合步骤，平行试验了多种条件；在环合一步，用价廉易得的氨基锂及催化量的HMDS代替昂贵的LiHMDS进行反应；氮上苯基的脱除采用臭氧，避免了重金属试剂-硝酸铈铵的使用，总收率为29.8％。

New reactions found in this program include: photoinduced regioselective free radical addition to aromatic imines;photoinduced Dielse-Alder reactions of aromatic imines for synthesis of tetrahydroquinoline derivatives;Photoinduced radical cation mediated selective ring opening reaction of epoxides;Formation of novel macrocyclic crown ethers by photoinduced reaction of diazonaphthaquinones;photoinduced selective desilylation of silyl ethers.

In this thesis, the submerged fermentation and solid-state fermentation of Coriolus versicolor laccase, the enzymatic characterization, and the application of laccase in indigo and gold orange Ⅱ decolorization was investigated. The major results were as follows:The laccase production by Coriolus versicolor was performed in submerged fermentation, using corn husk as carbon source and carbamide, ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source.

本文对Coriolus versicolor漆酶的液体发酵和固态发酵进行了研究，并且对Coriolusversicolor漆酶的酶学性质及其在靛蓝、金橙Ⅱ脱色降解方面的应用进行了探讨，其研究成果如下：对Coriolus versicolor漆酶的液体发酵工艺参数进行了优化，结果表明，以玉米皮为碳源，尿素和硫酸铵为氮源，利用Coriolus versicolor液体发酵产漆酶时，C／N以20为宜。

Methods: Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control (NC, n=6), protein C activator (PCA, n=6), lipopolysaccharide (LPS, n=6) and LPS+PCA group (n=6). NC group were given normal saline and PCA group were injected protein C activator (0.4 mg/kg) through vein of the tail. LPS group were administered lipopolysaccharide (10 mg/kg, 4h) by intraperitoneal injection method to make the model of septic shock rats. After the animal model was made, LPS+PCA group were injected protein C activator (0.4 mg/kg) through vein of the tail. 30 minutes after the injection, each rat was tested by Medlab biosignal analyzing system for observing mean arterial pressure and left ventricle function, the activity of LDH and iNOS in myocardium and the cuttings of myocardial tissues.

取SD雄性大鼠24只随机分成对照组、PCA组、LPS组和LPS+PCA组四组，对照组尾静脉注射生理盐水，PCA组尾静脉注射蝮蛇毒蛋白C激活物，LPS组腹腔注射LPS (10 mg/kg， 4h)的方法建立败血症休克的实验动物模型，在建立败血症的实验动物模型的基础上，尾静脉注射PCA (0.4 mg/kg)为LPS+PCA组，每只大鼠均于药后30 min时运用Medlab生物信号采集处理系统记录平均动脉压和左心室功能指标，并测定心肌中乳酸脱氢酶活性、诱导性一氧化氮合酶活性及心肌病理切片。

Based on the practice of the use of φ95mm subsurface sucker rod pump in Shengtuo Oilfield in recent years, the causes of the failure of the pump are analyzed, and relevant precautions are put forward:(1)selecting oil wells with sufficient fluid supply for pumping;(2)under the condition of the pump efficiency being the same, the submergence depth of the pump being somewhat larger than that of the small pump, and 450～500m being feasible;(3)adopting Grade H ultrahigh-strength rod string and fixing a sinker bar at the bottom of the rod string;(4)selecting long stroke and low pumping speed, and more than 5m stroke and less than 6min-1 pumping speed being recommended;(5)adopting zirconium oxide valve ball and seat ＋ spray welded plunger ＋ nitrided barrel.

根据胜坨油田近几年采用φ95mm有杆抽油泵提液的实践，分析了造成这种抽油泵失效的原因，包括与其配套的脱节器失效、抽油杆断脱、泵漏、电动机不配套和生产管理不善等。为增强泵的提液能力和工作可靠性，提出5 项预防措施：(1)选择有充足供液能力的油井；(2)在保持相同泵效的情况下，泵的沉没度应略大于小泵，推荐按450～500m设计；(3)采用H级超高强度抽油杆柱，并在杆柱底部配置一定重量的加重杆；(4)采用长冲程、低冲次的参数匹配，推荐光杆冲程大于5m，冲次小于6min-1；(5)为提高泵筒、活塞和阀座的防腐耐磨性，推荐采用&氧化锆阀球和阀座+喷焊柱塞+氮化泵筒&的结构形式。
