By using PCR method, a 1kb fragment was gained from Heliothis amigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus genome. The whole fragment was sequenced by dideoxided chain termination methods and a full open reading frame which encode 299 amino-acids was found. The molecular weight of the peptide is about 35 kilodalton.

用PCR方法从棉铃虫核多角体病毒基因组中扩增到了1kb的DNA片段，用双脱氧链终止银染测序法测定了该片段的全序列，发现它含有一个完整的开放阅读框，编码299个氨基酸残基的多肽，分子量约35KD。

In addition, SW480 and HCT116 cells were treated with deoxycholic acid for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
