方法］以凯里地区的代表性植物（油茶、马尾松、杉树、狗脊蕨和铁芒萁）作为研究对象，采用KMnO4滴定法测定过氧化氢酶的活性，采用磺基水杨酸法测定游离脯氨酸的含量，研究大气污染影响下凯里地区植物过氧化氢酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量的变化情况。
