Our observation indicates that capsaicin as a nociceptive chemical irritant can selectively activate primary afferent C-fibers to release SP and Glu from their central terminals in the superficial dorsal horn. It seems that the release of SP and Glu acting on NK-1 and NMDA receptors results secondarily in the activation of dorsal horn neurons, transmitting nociceptive information to supraspinal structures.

以上结果表明辣椒素作为一种伤害性的刺激源，可选择性兴奋C类传入纤维，引起其分布于脊髓背角浅层内的末梢大量释放SP和Glu，通过相应受体兴奋背角伤害性感受神经元，包括上行脊-丘束投射神经元，将痛觉信息传递至脑。

In order to assist motor rehabilitation of patient with tetraplegia caused by Spinal Cord Injury,the method of combination Brain-Computer Interface with Functional Electrical Stimulation is proposed and the intelligent rehabilitation system is designed,which can help the patient control their paralyzed extremity by thought.

Results:① Neuroglobin-immunocreactive positive cells were detected in cortex, thalamencephalon, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord;② Ngb-IR positive nerve cells were also detected in peripheral nervous system such as intramural ganglia, myelinated nerve fiber and retina;?Substantial Ngb protein expression was also found in metabolically active endocrine tissues such as the pituitary gland , adrenal gland and testis.?

结果：(1)在所观察的大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、脑干、小脑和脊髓神经细胞都出现Ngb蛋白免疫阳性反应，不同区域表达强度不同：(2)在外周神经系统的神经节、有髓神经纤维和视网膜也观察到Ngb免疫阳性反应；(3)垂体、肾上腺、睾丸也可见到Ngb-IR阳性细胞。
