RESULTS: Tumor removal, as assessed by postoperative magnetic resonance imaging, revealed complete removal of the lesion in four out of seven pituitary adenomas, five out of seven craniopharyngiomas, three out of three Rathke's cleft cysts, and two out of two tuberculum sellae meningiomas.

结果：用术后磁共振来评估肿瘤的切除程度，7例垂体腺瘤全切除4例，7例颅咽管瘤全切除5例，3例Rathke囊肿和2例脑膜瘤均全切除。1例颅咽管瘤（5％）发生术后脑脊液漏需再手术修补，该患者亦发生蝶窦霉菌感染，予药物治疗。

APHs, TF and GnH were tested in 93 patients with TBI,who were admitted to Zhejiang Provin-cial People's Hopital from March 2006 to June 2007. Patients with primary injury in the hypothalamic and pituitary regions, as detected by CT and/or MR/examination, as well as those with tumors or immune diseases in the CNS,endocrine or urinogenital systems, were excluded. The clinical data were analyzed according to Glasgow coma scores, type and degree of injury, and whether there was any secondary cerebral injury.

随机对浙江省人民医院2006年3月至2007年6月经系列头颅CT扫描和/或MRI检查，明确无下丘脑、垂体等部位的原发损伤，且既往无中枢神经系统、内分泌和泌尿生殖系统肿瘤及免疫性疾患史的93例门急诊和住院TBI患者的APHs、TF和GnH进行测定，并按患者的GCS评分、TBI类型和损伤程度以及有无继发性脑损害等因素进行分组研究，以同期20例健康体检者作为对照组。

With the application of intensity modulated radiation therapy, there were more conformity and dose distribution to the target volume. It can increase the local control rate and further improve the survival rate. On the other side it can protect the surrounding normal tissue such as parotid gland, brain stem, spinal cord, etc. The incidence of xerostomia can be reduced. So the quality of life was improved.

而调强放射治疗的应用，有更好的适形度和靶区剂量分布，不仅能提高肿瘤的局部控制率，从而进一步提高生存率，还能降低腮腺的剂量，从而降低口干的发生率，同时脑干、脊髓的剂量进一步降低。

Sometimes radiation therapy may be used to treat a large mass of leukemia cells in the spine or brain.

若椎管或脑内存在大量肿瘤细胞，有时可考虑放疗。

Result:35 cases showed brainstem enlarging and expanding;35 cases tumor effect,6 cases basilar artery encasing,3 cases hydrocephalus.

结果：脑干增大膨突35例，肿瘤效应35例，基底动脉包埋征6例，脑积水3例。

In Part 1 of our research, BGSCs were sorted through immunomagnetic beads marking by CD133 and cultured in vitro, and character as a stem cell was identified by stem cell markers (CD133 and Nestin) and differentiated cell markers [ microtubule-associated protein 2(MAP2), glial acidic fibrillary protein and myelin basic protein] , ultrastructure observing with electron microscopeand engrafting to severe combined immunodeficiency mice for tumorigenesis test. The results were as following: Only a small subset of CD133+ glioma cells in glioma cell lines and fresh specimens from various pathologic grade could express stem cell markers CD133 and Nestin, view ultrastructure of a stem cell and be capacity of serial passage in culture. These CD133+ cells possese a marked capacity for multipotent differentiation and could differentiate into tumor cells expressing MAP2,β-TubulinⅢ, GFAP and MBP; When engrafted into SCID mice, they can generate and form tumors that phenotypically resembl the tumor from the patient.

在本课题中，在第一部分实验中采用以CD133为标志的免疫磁珠法从人脑胶质瘤组织和细胞株中分离脑胶质瘤干细胞并进行体外培养，通过免疫荧光技术检测干细胞标志物CD133、Nestin，诱导分化后检查分化细胞标志物MAP2、GFAP、MBP以及电镜超微结构观察和移植SCID鼠致瘤实验，对其干细胞特性加以鉴定，得到如下结果：不同病理分级的新鲜胶质瘤标本和胶质瘤细胞株中存在一小部分CD133+的胶质瘤细胞，能表达干细胞的标志物CD133和Nestin，符合干细胞的超微结构特点，体外培养能连续传代；具有多向分化潜能：诱导分化后能产生MAP2、β-TubulinⅢ、GFAP、MBP染色阳性的细胞；移植SCID鼠后能形成与亲本肿瘤表型一致的移植瘤。
