Qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical constituents.(1) Based on the GC spectrum of 2 species, Whitmania pigra and Poecilobdella manillensis shows little difference between them. 24 kinds of fatty acid in Whitmania pigra was firstly separated and determined by GC/MS. Among them, phenylacetic acid is a component which has active of anticancer. The existence of many unsaturated fatty acid provides chemical evidence for ShuiZhi's functions of invigorate the circulation of blood.

六首次对两种水蛭的脂肪酸类化合物进行了GC定性分析，发现其脂肪酸组成未见明显差异，后又对宽体金线蛭的脂肪酸类化合物进行了GC-MS分析，初步鉴定出24个化合物，包括苯乙酸、龙脑和22种脂肪酸，其中所含的苯乙酸具有抗肿瘤活性，大量不饱和脂肪酸的存在为水蛭在血液流变学方面的药理作用提供了一定的化学依据。

Among 14 cases of trigeminal tumor,12 cases were examined by CT scanning,2 cases by MRI,all of them were confirmed by pathological examination.The density appeared heterogeneous with 6 cases,homogeneous high density with 5 cases and isopyknic with 1 case.Dropped contrast medium,the 12 CT scanning pictures appeared heterogeneous potentialization,and there were no cerebral edema around the tumor.Among 2 cases examined by MRI,T1 weighted image appeared low signal,T2 weighted image appeared high signal.

内容提要三叉神经瘤14例，12例做CT检查，2例做MRI检查，14例术后均经病理检查证实。12例CT扫描呈混杂密度6例，均匀高密度5例，等密度1例，注射造影剂后多呈不均匀强化，肿瘤周围均无脑水肿。2例MRI图像T1加权像呈低信号，T2加权像呈高信号。X线平片示11例有岩骨、颅底骨吸收破坏。

Methods At first, retrovirus vectors encoding IFN-γ or IL-4 gene were constructed. They were transfected into PA317 packaging cells by lipofectamine, PA317IFN-γ and PA317IL-4 cells were obtained. C6 glioma cells were infected with replication deficiency retrovius containing IFN-γ or IL-4 gene, cell morphology、cell growth curve and cloning efficiency assay were examined. The intracranial C6 glioma animal model was established in immunocompetent Wistar rats. PA317IFN-γ and PA317IL-4 cells were stereotactically implanted into the tumor areas alone or together. The survival of tumor bearing rats were examined, tumor volumes were measured and immunohistochemical analyses of CD4〓 and CD8〓 T lymphocyte infiltration were performed.

构建和鉴定携带IL-4或IFN-γ基因的逆转录病毒载体，将其导入逆转录病毒包装细胞PA317，通过G418抗性筛选，得到携带目的基因的包装细胞并鉴定；应用携带IL-4或IFN-γ基因的复制缺陷型逆转录病毒感染C6胶质瘤细胞，观察对C6胶质瘤细胞形态、细胞生长曲线和克隆形成率的影响；建立C6胶质瘤大鼠脑内移植动物模型，将携带IL-4和IFN-γ基因的逆转录病毒包装细胞分别或联合注射到脑内荷瘤大鼠的肿瘤组织中，观察其治疗作用，并初步探讨其机制。
