结果：中耳癌的CT特征：①表现为以中、下鼓室为中心的软组织密度灶，密度均匀，CT值50HU左右，外耳道及咽鼓管早期受累；②呈溶骨性骨质破坏，形态不规则，边缘无骨硬化表现，外耳道后壁破坏较前壁严重；③病灶侵入颞叶，形成肿块，灶周脑水肿不明显；④增强扫描见病灶有中度强化。结论：CT能确定中耳癌的存在及精确显示肿瘤累及范围。

Results:Brainstem enlarged and expanded was found in 53 cases,tumor effect in 55 cases,basilar artery encapsuled in 9 cases and hydrocephalus in 5 cases.

结果 ：脑干增大膨突 5 3例，肿瘤效应 5 5例，基底动脉包埋征 9例，脑积水 5例。

Materials and Methods: Six patients with left frontal lobe tumors (4 gliomas, 1 germinoma, 1 intra-axial cavernoma) close to Brocca and Wernicke language areas were studied. BOLD and DTI were performed on a 3.0T magnet GE Signa Excite~(? HD_X, BOLD using the word association paradigm developed in Part I and DTT technique developed in PartII. Language activation maps and fiber tracts were superimposed upon high resolution T1 weighted anatomic images of the brain for displaying the relationship between tumor, language functional areas and white matter tracts.

Eases extracerebral CAs located in parasellar region, which presented as isointensity or slightly-hyperintensity on plain CT and isointense signal or slightly hypointense signal on T1WI, but markedly hypointense en T2W1. All extracerebral CA lesions demonstrated intensive enhancement on enhanced CT or Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI, which appeared as a "knead dough".

脑外型CA位于鞍旁区，CT平扫为等密度或稍高密度；MRI平扫为等T1或稍长T1，明显长T2信号，增强后均明显强化，呈&揉面团&样；DSA检查可见肿瘤染色。

ConclusionConclusion Whole-resection of meningioma beside falx is an effective measure to prevent recurrence, and controlling bleeding or protecting brain function is the key to ensure the safety of the operation.
