Results:In experimental group,all 20 rats have unifocal masses and S-100 protein without extracerebral metabasis and the extracranial extension. The size, the site and morphology of all tumors are almost the same.

结果：脑胶质瘤组，20只大鼠经MRI平扫、增强扫描和形态学检查证实均有单灶肿块，且肿瘤部位、大小、形态基本一致，无脑外转移和颅外扩散，经免疫组织化学染色检测S-100蛋白均为阳性。

The morphology and distribution of the eloquent cortex and white matter were evaluated by fMRI before the operation, and the epilepsy focus was localized to guide resections of the tumor and epileptogenic focus by ECoG records during the operation.

Results The value of NAA and Cho/Cr was decreased obviously.The NAA value,between benign and malignant tumor and between intracerebral and extracerebral tumor,had significant effectiveness.But the Cho and Cr value and the peak ratio of metabolites had no significant effectiveness between benign and malignant tumor and between intracerebral and extracerebral tumor.

结果：几乎所有颅脑肿瘤的NAA峰均下降，Cho/Cr下降；良恶性肿瘤之间、脑内外肿瘤之间的NAA峰值的比较差异有显著性，但其Cho、Cr峰值的比较及各代谢产物的峰值比值的比较差异无显著性。

Results: the findings on ct and mri were as follows: 57 cases of oligodendroglioma, 15 cases of ganglioglioma , 5 cases of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor , 3 cases of pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma .conclusion:the images on ct and mri of cerebra peripheral tumor occur some characters , so ct and mri were certain worth on the diagnose and differentiate diagnose of cerebra peripheral tumor.
