在脑梗死患组DTI能早期发现较小的白质内梗死灶，脑梗死后脑组织FA值、ADCAV值随病理生理演变呈一定规律性变化，病侧FA值在超急性期较对侧无一致性变化，可轻度升高或者轻度降低，随后(急性期、亚急性期、慢性期)呈不可复性减低趋势。
