脑电图

Electroencephalogram is an effective technology which has been used widely to detect the activities of brain without scathe. It has some advantage over PET, fMRI due to its higher time resolution, easier operation and less expensive.

脑电图检测是一种被广泛应用的无损伤脑功能测量技术，并且较之PET、fMRI等脑功能成像技术具有时间分辨率高、易操作、设备价格低廉等优点。

But whether the compound composed of them has suppressive effect on absence - like seizures of genetic tremor rats hasnt been reported. Furthermore, the animal models of investigating antiepileptic drugs were mostly induced by chemoconvulant or electrical stimulation. Since genetic factor is more primary in clinical epileptic patients, we used tremor rats fetched in from Japan as experimental animal models. We implanted electrodes in cortical and hippocampus of tremor rats and then recorded the electroencephalograms to observe effects of the traditional Chinese medicinal compound composed of Scolopendra, Bombyx Batryticatus, Uncaria and Arisacma Consanguineum on absence - like seizures in tremor rats.

而且以往多以化学致痫剂或电刺激等方法造模进行抗癫痫药物的研究，但在临床的癫痫患者中遗传因素占有相当大的比例，所以本实验应用了从日本引进的具有遗传性癫痫小发作的震颤大鼠作为实验动物模型，通过在震颤大鼠脑皮质和海马慢性安插电极后进行脑电图的记录，观察以蜈蚣、僵蚕、钩藤、制南星四味药为主的复方中药制剂对震颤大鼠癫痫小发作的抑制作用。

Objective:To investigate the electroencephalograpm changes, CT characteristics and the relationship with the clinical signs in patients with tuberous sclerosis.

Methods:80 cases of TS were studied with EEG and CT.Results: The tuberous sclerosis were found in all patients by CT.

Results Sixty of 68 (88.24%) patients had the other sites infection prior to the occurrence of VE. The clinical manifestations were as follows: fever (60 cases, 100%), vomitting (48, 70.59%), headache (41, 60.29%), headache associated with abdominal pain (20, 29.41%), convulsion (23, 33.82%), continuous twitch (5, 7.35%), coma (3, 4.41%), mental symptoms (40, 58.82%), disturbance of consciousness (19, 27.94%), meningeal irritation syndromes associated with morbid indication (32, 47.06%), acroparalysis (3, 4.41%), aphasia (1, 1.47%); 48 patients (70.59%) had abnormal CSF, 50 (73.53%) had abnormal electroencephalogram and 8 of 36 had abnormal CT scanning.

结果 68例患儿中有60例(88.24%)病前有其他部位感染；其临床表现：均有发热，呕吐48例(70.59%)，头痛41例(60.29%)，头痛伴腹痛20例(29.41%)，惊厥23例(33.82%)，抽搐持续状态5例(7.35%)，昏迷3例(4.41%)，精神症状40例(58.82%)，意识障碍19例(27.94%)，合并脑膜刺激征和病理征32例(47.06%)，肢体瘫痪3例(4.41%)，失语1例(1.47%)；脑脊液检查异常48例(70.59%)，脑电图异常50例(73.53%)，36例头颅CT平扫异常8例。

Results Abnormal rate of brain CT was 59.3%, including expansion of ventricles of brain, atrophy of cortex, cerebromalacia; abnormal rate of EEG was 72.2%, including low voltage, allorhythmia of slow wave, deletion of sleep-spindle wave and attack wave.

结果脑CT异常率为59.3％，主要表现为脑室扩大、皮质萎缩、脑软化；脑电图异常率为72.2％，多表现为低电压、慢波节律异常、睡眠纺锤波缺失及发作波。
