Objectives: To observe apoptosis and the expression of bcl-2、bax protein in the peri -hematomal brain region of Intracerebral Hemorrhage patients; so as to investigate into the relationship among neural apoptosis、the expression of Bcl-2、Bax pro -tein and Sthenia ZHENG、Protration ZHENG,as well as the relationship among apoptosis、hematoma volume and the scores of nervous impairment, to inquir the eff -ect of apoptosis in delayed neural injury following ICH and then to provide the mole -cular biology standard for the microcosmic syndrome differentiation with TCM to quest for new treatment.

目的：本课题旨在对脑出血患者血肿周围组织细胞凋亡和凋亡调控基因Bcl -2、Bax表达情况的观察。探讨中医出血中风闭脱证与细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Bax表达的关系，及细胞凋亡与出血量、临床神经功能缺损积分的关系，从而探讨细胞凋亡在脑出血后继发性神经细胞损伤中的作用，为中医微观辨证提供分子生物学水平的依据，为探索中西医结合治疗脑出血的新途径提供理论指导。

PARTⅢMagnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging of gray matter damage in multiple sclerosis Objective To study the Magnetic resonance imagingcharacteristics of the gray matter lesions in multiple sclerosis,and to investigate the occult damage in normal appearing gray matterby quantitative analysis using diffusion tensor imaging.

第三部分多发性硬化脑灰质损害的MRI表现及DTI定量研究目的：分析多发性硬化患者脑灰质病灶的磁共振成像特征，利用弥散张量成像定量研究MS的正常表现脑灰质是否存在隐匿性损伤。

24H treatment group compared with 24h model group: the density of light of HSP70 of the group increased and which of TGF-β〓, is not different with the model group; the density of the light the HSP70 of the Baicalin group increased and which of it the TGF-β〓, increased with the model group; the density of light of the Concha Margatitifera Usta is not different and which of TGF-β〓, increased with the model group; the density of light of the Cholic Acid group is not different and the density of light of it of TGF-β〓 increased with the model group; the density of light of the Hefang Group is not different and which of TGF-β〓 is not different than the model group.

合方治疗脑缺血12小时组缺血脑组织TGF-β1光密度值较缺血12小时模型组无显著性差异（p＞0.05）。本实验结果发现，与单纯缺血12小时、24小时大鼠相比，药物干预组缺血侧大脑皮层TGF-β1免疫反应明显增强，计算机辅助图像半定量分析两组间缺血侧大脑皮层TGF-β1免疫阳性细胞数差异非常显著。说明药物对局灶性脑缺血损伤可能有一定保护作用，其机制可能与诱导脑细胞TGF-β1合成增加有关。然而，药物调控TGF-β1表达，其促TGF-β1表达增强的机制可能是这样的：脑缺血时TGF-β1mRNA表达增加可能与缺氧诱导神经和胶质细胞刺激生长因子表达有关。

The scalp clustery acupuncture can significantly improve neural functions in rats with cerebral infarction. Its mechanism may be reducing the early expression of MMP-9 around the cerebral infarction focus and decreasing the cerebral neural cells damage caused by inflammation and edema.

头穴丛刺可明显改善脑梗死大鼠的神经功能，其机制可能是头穴丛刺降低早期梗死灶周围MMP-9的表达，从而减轻脑梗死早期血管源性脑水肿及脑组织的炎性损伤。

In the post-treatment groups, dl-NBP(12.5, 25 mg·kg-1 ip) induced dilation of the pial arterioles and the increase in BFV was in dose-dependent manner. The pial arteriolar response to MCAO was not affected by d-NBP and nimodipine.

在脑缺血时，脑微循环障碍是导致神经细胞损伤的主要病理基础之一，所以本研究通过观测NBP对MCAO后软脑膜微循环的影响，进一步分析其抗脑缺血的药理作用机制。

AIM:Mesenchymal stem cells cultivated in vitro were transplanted to infracted area of rats with cerebral infarction in order to observe the plerosis of cerebral ischemic impairment depended on NSCs and prove into a completely new method to treat cerebral infarction.

目的：将体外培养的大鼠骨髓间质干细胞(mesenchymalstemcells，MSCs)移植到脑梗死大鼠梗死区，观察MSCs对脑缺血损伤的修复作用，探索一种治疗脑梗死的新方法。

RESULTS:Naokangtai capsule improved the abilites of active and passive learning and memory remarkedly in the model mice with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,but there was no influence to the contents of MDA,SOD and MAO.In senile dementia mice induced by D-galactose,Naokangtai capsule possessed obvious effects of improving memory and spatial resolution and decreased contents of MDA and MAO in blood significantly.

结果：脑康泰胶囊显著增强脑缺血再灌注损伤模型小鼠被动和主动学习能力，但对血液MDA、MAO和SOD含量影响不显著；脑康泰除明显增强老年痴呆小鼠主动学习和空间分辨的能力外，还能显著降低小鼠血液中MDA和MAO水平。

Methods The rat model of middle cerebral artery ischemia 2h/reperfusion 22h was established.The neurological scale, cerebral infracted volume, cerebral water content, activities of NOS and SOD were measured. ResultsThe average neurological scote,cerebral infracted volume,cerebral water content,activity of NOS,content of MDA in Naokangling Capsule group significantly decreased.

采用大鼠大脑中动脉缺血2 h/再灌注22 h模型，神经病学评分，脑梗塞范围及脑组织水含量变化，观察脑康灵胶囊抗脑缺血/再灌注损伤的效应；通过测定大鼠脑组织中一氧化氮合酶（nitric oxide synthase，NOS），超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide disumtase，SOD）活性及丙二醛（malondialdehyde，MDA）含量的变化以探讨药物作用的机制。

Result:The sterandryl substitution group and the vacation surgery group comparatively castrates the group brain stem dead volume obvious increase; The Bax protein expression masculine cell number expression also increases.

线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型，TTC染色测脑梗死体积及免疫组化染色检测脑组织Bax的表达。结果：丙酸睾酮替代组和假手术组较去势组脑梗死体积明显增加；Bax蛋白表达阳性细胞数表达也增加。
