Methods Retrospective analysis the experience of 151 patients in non-tumor hydrocephalic children treated by Ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the latest 14 years.Result The operations in 151cases were successful and no operative mortality, all patients were well-accepted standard treatment. 119 cases were followed up from 0.5 to 13.4 years,the quality of life were clearly improved in 108cases(90.7%)and the survival rate in the first decade was 98.8%.

回顾性分析了1990年1月到2003年12月收治的151例儿童非肿瘤性脑积水，经侧脑室-腹腔分流术治疗的临床资料，结果 151例患儿手术顺利，术中出血少，术后恢复良好，无手术死亡。119例获随访半年～13.4年，平均86.6个月，脑积水症状好转、生活质量明显提高108例（90.7%），10年以上生存率98.8%。

Of 11 cases of edema had diffusive uneven SCC lesions. 1 case of edema had single midline oval lesion of splenium. The brain lesions of edema were incontinuous. In follow-up MRI of 5 cases of brain edema, the lesions were disappeared. In 3 cases of cerebral infarct, the lesions of SCC and brain were lateral distribution. 2 cases of hemorrhagic disease had diffusive uneven lesions in SCC and ventricle.

水肿性病变(n=11)中10例MRI表现为SCC弥漫不均匀病灶、1例为居中类圆形病灶，颅内病灶呈跳跃不对称分布，5例MRI复查病灶消失。3例脑梗塞SCC及脑内病灶呈偏侧分布，脑内散在病灶以患侧较多。2例SCC出血，SCC病灶弥漫不均匀，并见脑室内出血。

MATERIALS AND METHODS: hMSCs labeled with enhanced green fluorescent protein were transplanted into the lateral ventricle of neonatal mouse brain. At 0, 9 and 14 days post-transplantation, MICE were sacrificed and their brains were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. The engraftment of transplanted cells in coronal section of the recipient mouse brain was examined wider a fluorescent microscope. Indirected immunofluorescent staining was used to detect the expression of neural proteins of these grafted cells.
